Welcome to our modern and minimalist 2-bedroom apartment, featuring two king-size beds - one in each bedroom - for a luxurious and comfortable stay. This garden apartment has everything you need for your Chicago trip, including a brand-new HVAC unit to ensure the perfect temperature year-round. Nestled in a quiet block of Irving Park, our apartment offers a peaceful retreat where you can unwind after a busy day exploring the city. This place was great. Very clean, easy check in and a great host who was easily accessible and communicative. The place is a little out of the city but easy to get into the city via bus or train. Train (blue line) station is a short walk (20mins) and the bus stops at the end of the street. The apartment is on a very quiet street with plenty of parking and a grocery store a 5-10 min walk away. Would definitely book again.

Safe neighborhood. Host was very responsive when I had questions. I loved that you had free parking right in front. I loved the hot water in the shower, even after the fifth person showered there was tons of hot water for me! Beds were comfortable. Not too soft, not too hard. We also LOVED the location. We took the bus at the end of the street few blocks to the blue line train and went everywhere we wanted to go. Easy bus ride to Wrigley

Host was great and very responsive. Only issues I had was that the couch is very uncomfortable (and not the one listed in the pics) and that there were no oven items (like a cookie sheet or anything) outside of that, everything was good!!

Nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking our dogs in the nearby park. Parking right out front was great. Easy access to Wrigley and downtown.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here. The apartment was clean and spacious and on a nice quiet street with plenty of parking. The location was perfect, with easy access to everywhere we needed to go. Michael was a great host and we look forward to staying again.

Perfect stay!

The location was great and quiet on a one way street, so less traffic. The host was great and even checked in on us during our stay. We had everything we needed for our family. Quick drive to downtown too which is where we spent most of our time.

Michael was an excellent host. Parking could be a little sketchy.Steps going down to apartment were steep and no hand railing which made it difficult on two seniors with artificial hips.

Best stay in Chicago!

The location is great, several places to go to for local stuff. The beds are very comfortable! Me and my girlfriend tend to go on trips on a budget and we appreciate that this house had stove and other kitchenware that allowed us to cook at home! Best location ever for Chicago! Will definitely stay again in the future!

Patio 2 bedroom with lovely backyard

Lovely 2 bedroom with everything needed to enjoy your stay in Chicago. Excellent communication with Michael, great location, easy access to parking. We enjoyed the backyard with comfy seating in a shaded area.

Cozy and quiet

We loved staying outside of the city in this quiet neighborhood. We were conveniently located within an easy distance to get to everything we wanted throughout our stay. The house was spacious and clean. We loved how quiet the one way street is and would book this spot again.

Fantastic location and amenities !!

The apartment was comfortable and clean and in a great location. It was safe and secure, and had every amenity we could have possibly needed. Very grateful for the easy and quick communication with our host and him allowing us to stay an extra night at the last minute. Would 100% recommend.
