Set along the golf course, enjoy peaceful views, a private Clearlight infrared sauna with Red Light therapy, fireplaces, and two king bedrooms plus bunks. Elevated features include heated bathroom floors, towel warmers, a spa-style bath with bidet, a designer kitchen, and a cozy reading nook. Family- and pet-friendly (baby gated stairs), with SHARC passes included for the ultimate Central Oregon getaway.

When you arrive, you’ll have the home entirely to yourself with easy self keypad check-in. We’re available to help make your stay as smooth as possible and are happy to assist with recommendations or any questions during your visit.


📍 Neighborhood

The Wild Wood is perfectly located in the heart of Sunriver, directly across the street from Sunriver Village, where you’ll find coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and a bike rental shop just steps away.

Sunriver is known for its incredible outdoor lifestyle, with 40+ miles of paved biking and walking trails winding through forests, meadows, and along the Deschutes River. One of the most popular activities is heading to the marina, where you can rent paddleboards, kayaks, or tubes and float the river on a warm day.

Guests also have access to the SHARC aquatic and recreation center, which includes pools, hot tubs, a rock climbing wall, tennis courts, and pickleball (reservations required). Please note, as of 9/8/26, while the outdoor pools at SHARC are closed for the season, you still have access to the heated indoor pool area year round.

Just minutes away, the Sunriver Resort Lodge offers great dining options with beautiful views of the river and golf course—perfect for a relaxed meal or evening out.

Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. The home features keyless entry for easy, secure self check-in.

You’ll also have access to:

As our guest, you’ll receive 6 SHARC passes, giving you access to indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, water slides, hot tubs, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, horse shoe pits and more (reservations may be required for some activities). There is an indoor pool and hot tub open year round (check hours of operation). Please note, as of 9/8/26, while the outdoor pools at SHARC are closed for the season.

The home is located within the Wildflower community and offers easy access to Sunriver’s bike paths, walking trails, and nearby amenities.

Sunriver is known for its 40+ miles of paved biking and walking trails connecting the Village, marina, SHARC, and scenic forest paths.
Bike and ski rentals are available just across the street in the Village.

We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs for an additional pet fee.

Maximum of 2 dogs
Pets must be house-trained and not left unattended for long periods
Please keep pets off furniture and beds when possible (If yours are like mine and think they are "people" then please use the provided waterproof blankets for the furniture/beds)
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and any damage caused by their pets.

🚭 Smoking Policy
This is a strictly non-smoking/non-vaping property.
No smoking or vaping inside the home or on decks
Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees

Do not leave fireplaces unattended
Sauna guidelines are provided in the home for safe enjoyment

⛷️ Gear & Outdoor Use
Dedicated ski/snowboard Racks and boot warmers (winter only)
Please avoid bringing wet or muddy gear inside living areas
No Golf shoes or ski boots in the house (can leave in the entryway)

🎟️ SHARC Passes
6 SHARC passes are included with your stay for access to pools, hot tubs, and recreation facilities.
Please do not lose the passes - there will be a $100 fee for each lost SHARC pass (that is what they charge us)
SHARC does not provide towels - Please ensure you keep up with the unit towels; you are given 6 beach towels - (Fee may be applied for lost towels)
Do not bring bathroom towels to SHARC.
