Negatives: The host did not respond to email, when called, their mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. I tried to get in touch with host prior to my 12 hour drive because my past hosts always sent check-in info 24 hours out. Not this host, There was no answer to calls. Had to call customer service to make sure I indeed had a rental since I was getting crickets to both email and phone calls. I got the code to the door approximately 2 hours prior to check-in so nail biting. No soap, only 1 towel in middle bath, moldy coffee grounds in coffee maker, crusted food on eating utensils, dirty sheets in the 2nd bedroom and frame was broken on bed in 2nd bedroom. I cut my foot on the exposed carpet tack strip between the bathroom tile and hallway carpet. A load of smelly wet towels and sheets was found in the dryer from a previous stay. The shower curtain in middle bath just sits on top of the thin shower tile so it falls down on entry/exit to shower. Other beds were very uncomfortable. The furniture, window coverings and wall hangings did not match the pictures on the website. I had three other adults with me and they asked to view the property listing because they were amazed that I had rented this because they have been on numerous other trips with me.Positives: great location, lots of space in the unit, parking good and the pool was wonderful. Also, the check-out list is simple, take all of the trash out to the curb.
