The Contentment Cottage was fully renovated and an addition completed in January 2023. Come enjoy the newly renovated spaces and create lasting memories. Guests will experience a restful retreat with vaulted ceilings throughout the home, lots of natural light, hardwood floors, spacious and well equipped kitchen and entertaining area, 2 covered porches, NEW fire pit installed in private backyard. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is a short walk to Mallery Park, Village and the SSI Pier. FLETC Welcome & month long renters welcome- contact owner for discounts.

Beautiful house with only a quick 5-6 minute drive to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The large bathrooms and kitchen were great to use during our stay.

10/10! House was beautiful, updated, fully stocked kitchen and very clean. It was so convenient to the shops and the beach. Host was always quick to respond. We loved it and will definitely stay there again!

We just really enjoyed our time here. Playing cards on the back deck, enjoying the front porch and sadly watching our gators lose in the family room. Thanks so much for such a great weekend with my sister.

Our stay was amazing we made lots of memories and the location of the house made that very easy and convenient. The house is very cozy and comfortable we felt right at home.

This was one of the best trips my family has had to St. Simon. The home is big enough and well laid out so that you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. The covered back porch was so nice for a quiet breakfast. The beds are cozy and the location is perfect. Christian was a wonderful host, quickly answering any questions that came up. Definitely plan to stay again.

This was our first trip to St. Simon and we had a great time. The cottage is very clean, well equipped and felt like home. Christan is a great communicator and made sure we were well taken care of. We hope to visit again soon.

It was one of the best vacations ever. There is nothing bad I can say about the property it was amazing. The only drawback is the Queen bedroom doesn’t have a television. Outside of that it was a dream getaway.

The cottage was perfect! Had everything we needed for our trip. Fully stocked, spacious, beautiful, quiet and in a close proximity to everything in St. Simon. Will definitely be back again to this place.

We loved the location of the property- proximity to downtown and restaurants. Communication with host was excellent!It was clean and had everything we needed, from games to coffee .Also loved th firmer bed in the Qn BR. Would definitely return
