You will have access to parking pad in front of the house for two cars, the main first floor, the deck area, patio with fire pit/firewood and fenced back yard.

During your stay you will be able to communicate with the host via Airbnb

The homeowners live on the lower level-basement. They do have a dog. They have their own separate space and do not share the upstairs with the guests. Guests have full private access to the whole first floor. There is no access to a washer and dryer.
