We had a fantastic time at this property! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The place was clean, and the host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended

This was our family’s second stay at Seaside Escape and hopefully will not be our last. This beautiful home is perfectly located to the beach and local restaurants. The host family is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property 10/10!

Great spot by the beach!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was well appointed, very clean, and the proximity to the beach is so convenient! The neighborhood was nice and very family friendly.

The property itself is about a six minute walk to the beach and has a nice fenced in are to take your dog. However, the property lists a grill which is so dirty it's unusable. Also if you are the first floor and have people above you, you will be disappointed. There is absolutely no sub flooring and every step above sounds like elephants stomping. There was a family staying above us during our trip and because it was so loud our trip was dictated by the sounds of thir pounding feet waking us up much earlier than intended. It's also impossible to enjoy television, movies or even just trying to take a nap. The property management company is aware of this and will not only allow you spending your money to rent it and will do absolutely anything to do about it. This duplex needs to invest some money and place some sub flooring in under the pergo flooring on the upstairs unit.

Spent a wonderful week exploring the island. House is located in a very quiet neighborhood and beach felt as though we had it all to ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location to beach, house had everything we needed. Enjoyed having a shower outback to rinse off with. Loved that we could bring our pet as well. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Close to beach

Perfect house to enjoy with dogs. Walk to the beach was 1 min and very convenient. Quiet part of the island, great stay.

Family Vacation 2025

10/10 recommend this little piece of paradise in Amelia Island. The home was perfect! The location was perfect! Literally a short walk to the beach. We definitely have plans to rebook this property.

This was a short 2 night stay for us but that did not keep us from the area and the amenities of this home! You guys nailed it! Everything was well thought out and labeled for full usage of the property. Great location with beach access! The beach being more private to the neighborhood vs the main parking lot made for a very peaceful adventure, with well over 40 rentals under our belt in the last 12 months, this place is near if not at the top of our list! Can’t wait to visit again

Our second stay in this cozy duplex

Perfect for our weekend in Jacksonville. Unit is clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach.

I was a little disappointed about the cleanliness. Upon arrival we had to clean the deck chairs and table, the floors inside were very dirty. We had to sweep and vacuum. You had to wear shoes inside because floors were not mopped. I’m glad we took our own chairs and umbrella because the ones they say they provide were rusted and torn up. Also the gas grill was rusted and we couldn’t use it.
