Welcome to Sand Dollar Villas in Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island! This Beach Front Condo has exceptional views of the Atlantic Ocean and sugary sand beaches. We're the second unit closest to the beach, on the first level and amazing southeastern views from private balcony. This beautiful and immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been recently remodeled and upgraded - has everything you and your family will need. In addition to phenomenal views, comfortable amenities, and convenient location, there is a large deck with patio table and chairs where you can relax after a day at the beach or enjoy coffee as the sunrises. Take a walk down the private boardwalk where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful and quietest beaches on the island. At night enjoy moonlight walks on the beach and listen to the waves; a more romantic place just doesn't exist. Washer and Dryer, linens, a dining room table with 5 chairs and a bench, free wireless high speed internet, and a fully equipped kitchen are just a few of the amenities this property has to offer. The master bedroom has a soft queen bed and a private master bathroom. There's also a queen bed in the guest bedroom along with a super comfortable fold out sofa that sleeps two. Fast Wifi, Large 55" HD Smart TVs w/ cable and Netflix too! Located just minutes from historical downtown Fernandina beach and many incredible restaurants, dining experiences, night life and shops. Also walking distance to The Surf where you can enjoy great food, libations, and local flare!

Perfect for Family with small Children

Comfortable and great location to downtown, Fort Clinch and of course the beach. Check in was easy and Brian gave great instructions and information about the area about 4 weeks before our arrival.We hope to stay here again.Gave 4 stars because it could use a deep clean around the corners and baseboards.

Good visit. Beach & Restaurants were very good.Condo complex next door had a heated pool.Ours was not.Condo is nice. Could use an upgrade.Enjoyed our stay.

This seems like a secret gem in don’t want too many people to know about. Perfect location, ease to beach that was almost empty. Very caring and responsive host. Love to return some day.

Great beach condo

We stayed over winter break, loved being so close to the beach. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, and was very conveniently located. The pool is not heated, but would be great in the summer. Over all we really enjoyed our stay.

2024 GA v FL Game Weekend

Excellent property with ocean view, short walk to the beach and plenty of dining and other activities within a short drive. Fernandina Beach is close enough to Jacksonville for a fairly convenient game day drive, but far enough away to escape the circus the rest of the weekend.

Great Location! Great Communication.

The only two things I can really complain about is worn linens and the pool being dirty for a few days. Excellent communication with the property manager and great condo/unit. Easy beach and pool access and the kids loved it! Thank you!

Christmas at Fernandina Beach

Beach access from the condo is easy. During the Christmas season, movement around the island was easy. There are very nice restaurants close by. The Surf Restaurant Bar and Grill is within walking distance to the condo and I would recommend checking it out. A short drive to Harris Teeter for supplies. If you like fishing, surf fishing opportunities abound. You can also get to the fishing pier on the south of the island quickly. Opportunities for day trips are numerous and we really enjoyed a trip to St. Augustine. We thoroughly enjoyed the down town area with all the Christmas lighting. I look forward to visiting the island again and would have no hesitation in renting the same condo unit.

Great View

The facility was not as clean as we had hoped. When I called the owner he did send someone over to clean the oven. However, we cleaned the glass off the floor. While the condo had some things that didn’t work, like the outside light, the shower was wonderful as was the view from the deck. The condo is in a great location, it just needs some repairs and updating.

Great location. Nice unit. Stunning views. Clean and well kept property. Lots to do. Had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this property and its owner. Both the owner and on-site superintendent were friendly and great with communications.

Best Place on the Beach!

This property was everything that you could ask for in a vacation getaway. The photographs are true to life. The property was very neat and clean. We could not have asked anything more. You are literally just steps from the beach. The owners were phenomenal with communication and offered amazing suggestions for things to do/where to eat and shop. It was also perfectly quiet! The beach was never crowded. I would definitely recommend to family and friends and would look to this property first before attempting to book another trip!It is also in a prefect location for day trips! Ft. Clinch, St. Augustine, Jax Beach, Savannah, Jekyll Island and even Hilton Head (we did all of these!).

I have been to Fernandina more times than I can count and this is the first time I have seen a starfish!
