Beautiful area, wonderful rental, clean/safe property and very conveniently located with just a few steps across the street to public beach access! This and more made a fantastic and long Father’s Day week for my children’s and I!!!

Wonderful Father’s Day/week with my kids!

Perfect location! Very close to the public beach access. The property and unit is just as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was excellent. Definitely would rent here again!

Peaceful and Relaxing

Well decorated homey feel with all the amenities you need. Lots of towels, comfortable beds, central air and easy access to the beach.

We hosted a thanksgiving dinner for our daughter who lives down in Myrtle Beach but was not coming home to Virginia tell Christmas so we went to her a week earlier it was just what we needed along with beautiful walks on the beach

Clean and nice

We enjoyed our condo. So many bathroom towels available was nice, clean and good decor too. Pet friendly so our small dog enjoyed the visit as well.

Good location

We enjoyed our stay! Can’t beat the location. The floors weren’t super clean when we arrived and the kitchen needs some attention (garbage disposal doesn’t work and the sink kept backing up; needs a set of knives) but otherwise comfortable.

Beach review

Small space was utilized very well however there are no beach views or private balcony. It was very clean and served it's purpose for our trip, which was to be by my sisters beach house.

Close to the beach. The kitchen has about everything you need. The stand up shower is very small and has no water pressure. The beds were comfortable.The bad part, which the owner has no control over, was the family that lives above. They have three small children with one on the way and there was constant running around in their condo. From morning till late evening, constant running. We probably would have left early if we didn't have business to attend to.

The listing was for ocean view and you could not see the ocean. No broom to sweep the floor with. You could hear every sound from upstairs. Called concerning no battery in fire alarm and took them two days to come and replace battery. First individual that came jammed a battery in the fire alarm upside down and said it still is not working, that he would have to replace the fire alarm. Another individual showed up the next day and said the battery was jammed in it.

This was a very well maintained rental. I was impressed with how well stocked it was. Made my heart happy to have stainless steel cookware instead of the toxic Teflon most rentals have. The cleaning kit they provide was helpful. Beds were comfortable. Lots of board games for the kids. Everything was very clean and nothing was broken or excessively worn out. The only "complaint" i could make is that parking is rough! The driveway is very narrow as are the parking spots in between the pylons. We had our tundra, and it was a very tight fit. If we'd brought our bigger f250, im pretty sure we wouldn't have been able to make the turns or fit in a space. But aside from that, no complaints about the actual unit and definitely recommend staying here! Quick walk to the beach and short drive to Garden city pier.
