Great home and location

Beautiful home and very nicely decorated. In a great community close to everything to beach to great restaurants. Very clean and comfortable with great views of the marsh with lots of wild life to see.

Fantastic Rental Beach Home!

Great location! Very clean and well appointed. Perfect for a group of 3 senior couples, lovely visit to see holiday lights a Brookgreen Gardens.

Close to everything and very nicely furnished.

It's an amazing location so close to everything Pawleys Island and surrounding areas. The villa is beautifully furnished. Very quiet one street of villas, amazing marsh views and some peekaboo views of the ocean. Book it and enjoy relaxation !!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! It was our first time to SC. Loved the views from the balcony. Disappointed we couldn’t access the pier as it isn’t part of this property. This was the perfect location for the majority of the things we wanted to do & see! We would definitely stay here again!

Golf outing

Excellent property and well maintained. Great location at Pawleys. Easy access to 20+ golf courses and restaurants. Beautiful views but wee were out all day so only saw the sunrise and sunset which was enough. Gated community which was great for security and privacy. Would stay there again.

Perfect Getaway

This is located in a small, quiet, gated community. The view from the porches (one screened in) other open to sunshine of the marsh is tranquil. Location is easy. Don't hesitate - book it and enjoy!

We had an Amazing and very Fun time. We Loved the spacious house! The Beds were all comfortable and everyone slept well. The A/C was perfect. The back porch was used heavily. We enjoyed sitting out there with the rain. We got to meet "Boots", the neighbor's cat. I greatly appreciated that an entire one-week stay was not required.Just a couple of simple, little complaints......... I had to track down the (very long) entry door code with a phone call to the new mgmt company, There was no TP in the master bath, so we went out and bought some right away. One coffee mug was cracked and leaked out onto clothing. The big blue can opener was useless, but we found the little white one that worked just fineI would gladly return!!!!......... to enjoy this house again!!!!We all loved it and had a great time.Ann W. Wonderful Pawley Island Stay

This was a great location...close to restaurants, shopping and not far to the beach. A beautiful little gated community with friendly residents who provided great recommendations for places to visit. The place was very clean and well appointed for cooking in and just relaxing or located close to great restaurant choices near by. Loved the location. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with and tried to be so accommodating. Will definitely book again in the future. Thanks for great experience.

Real pleasure

Came down for a wedding. The trip was wonderful. The house met and exceeded all our needs. Loved having three bathrooms for getting dressed. The steps would be a problem for older guest.There is a bedroom on first level but the steps are very steep.

Beautiful Location!

Condo was the perfect location and space for the 8 of us. Rooms were surprisingly spacious, beds and furniture were comfortable, and layout had good flow. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, however could use some serving utensils/spatulas that are all metal as the silicone ones get pretty soft when cooking. I do wish there had been bar stools around the kitchen island though as there was certainly room for 4-5 more seats. Be aware that even though the listing states ‘dock’, that is not part of the condo any longer and well monitored by the new owner. The subdivision also has quiet hours between 10pm-7am, neither of which are noted in any of the materials received. Also, even though the listing says ‘coin laundry’, it is a regular washer/dryer so no coins needed! Vacasa manages property and best communication is via text! Overall a great stay, and would rent there again!

Two bedrooms are up a large flight of stairs. Tv downstairs had some static. Otherwise this property is exquisite, clean and beautiful.
