We needed a place for family to gather. This VRBO had everything we needed. Lots of bedrooms, a large eating area to gather in and activities: pool, hot tub, and game room. The surrounding scenery was amazing. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. It will be remember in our hearts for a very long time. Thank you for helping us make it a memorable event.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here for our family vacation! The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and the beautiful mountain views made the experience even more special. We also loved having the farm stand nearby, which you definitely have to check out! The property was comfortable, welcoming, and a great place to unwind. We really appreciated everything and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

I rented this property to attend my sister's funeral. We had 16 people coming from various states and from ages 3-80. The pool, out door swing, zip line, pond and play areas kept the littles busy. The outdoor areas are truly charming. The large kitchen was stocked from cookware to dinning service. We had lots of space. My negative input is the pictures of the daybed with trundle is actually in the same room as the queen bed so that worked out for us, but maybe not for someone needing more privacy. My other negative input is that the master and one queen room is listed as main floor, are actually down many steps from the main kitchen floor. The interior of the property needs some real maintenance. While things have fresh paint, there are things in the upstairs bathrooms that need a real remodel. The second bedroom downstairs has a shower and toilet, but the door that goes out to the basement is a kitchen/style frosted glass so anyone in the basement can see someone exiting the shower. All of these things make it still a good place to stay. My main issue was I called the owner to verify that the amount listed on VRBO was it with nothing more since we were splitting the charges. I specifically asked if there would be any fees added after check out by her or by VRBO. She stated it was the total and nothing more. After my family divided the cost, my card was hit by VRBO for an additional 360. After texting she told me I had to take it up with VRBO. That is unfair. Beware.

Like stated, this charge was totally out of our hands and was a VRBO charge that we were unaware of and could not change on our end.
