Resort Amenity Upgrade Notice – Fall 2026

Please note: Solterra Resort is completing some exciting upgrades to its resort amenities this fall.

The lazy river will close beginning September 8, 2026, followed by the resort pool and hot tub beginning September 22, 2026. These amenities are currently expected to reopen around December 14, 2026, subject to construction, inspections, and final approvals.

During this time, the Clubhouse will remain open, along with Café Sol and delivery service, the fitness center, sports courts, clubhouse services, and available recreation areas. Solterra will also be offering additional activities and programming for guests during the renovation.

These improvements include renovations to the aquatic areas as well as the installation of a new resort bar, and we’re excited to see the upgraded amenities when completed!

Our home's private pool will remain open and is not affected by the resort renovations.

Our home has a EcoBee thermostat for comfort and efficiency. The AC can be set between 69–78°F to ensure smooth operation in the Florida heat. It will shut down the system if a door and/or windows are opened for an extended period of time
