Inside, the home offers a warm, comfortable atmosphere that feels perfect for unwinding after long days of riding, hiking, or exploring the Carolina foothills.

The cabin’s kitchen is welcoming and practical, with everything you need for everyday cooking and relaxed evenings in. A double‑door fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of cabinet space make it easy to stay for a weekend or a full show week. The second queen bedroom features simple shelving, another smart TV, and a ceiling fan to keep the space comfortable. Each room is thoughtfully arranged for your comfort.

The full bathroom adds a touch of indulgence with its tiled walk‑in shower featuring dual shower heads, a glass enclosure, and bench seating. The jacuzzi tub offers a welcome place to soak and recharge after long days outdoors. This bathroom is located upstairs.

You’ll be perfectly situated to explore Western North Carolina’s most charming towns. **HORSE BOARDING: Sydney Casady manages approximately 22 stalls located at the corner of Front Ridge Circle and River Crest Parkway, just about 200 yards from the property. She offers both daily and weekly layover stall services for any of our guests, for a separate arrangement. Details available upon booking a reservation.**

The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of one locked hospitality closet which contains our cleaning and restocking supplies. **Shed and one-car garage are inaccessible to guests.** Any evidence of tampering with locks may result in a fee.

Because the property sits in a peaceful rural pocket of Rutherfordton, a car is recommended for exploring nearby restaurants, wineries, and outdoor attractions. While rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available in the region, they may be limited depending on the time of day.

The surrounding roads are quiet and scenic, making them enjoyable for cycling, and many guests love bringing bikes to explore the foothills at their own pace.

Rutherfordton’s walkable Main Street is just a short drive away, offering charming shops, dining, and small‑town convenience once you’re parked.

PET POLICY: We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs per stay for a $50 pet fee; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable.

We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $50 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $50 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
