Very spacious 2-bedroom Romantic Get Away with 10ft ceilings. 1200 sq ft on LOWER LEVEL of lovely log cabin on the river of an Equestrian Area, nestled in hills of the Blue Ridge Mtns., only (3) mi Tryon International Equestrian Center and within (20) min to surrounding quaint towns, antique malls, multiple vineyards/tasting rooms, FENCE, shopping and restaurants. Full kitchen & Fireplace. (30) min to Lake Lure, (45) min. to Asheville for night life and history or antiquing in Landrum or Tryon. 4 Wineries within 8 miles.
Or relax in the hammock under the trees while listening to the flowing river just a few feet away, birds and wildlife. You can grill out on our deck and eat dinner "Al Fresco". We supply firewood for your first fire to relax by and supplies for S'mores by the river.

Beautiful view and lovely rental
Susie’s place was spacious yet cozy and had an incredible view and back yard! It was only my husband and I, but there was plenty of space for 2 others guests. Several things impressed me about this rental. Susie had literally thought of everything! She had a bucket for s’mores, an abundance of supplies in the kitchen if you needed or wanted to cook anything, and extra supplies in the bathroom a guest might need. The space was neat and tidy but also very comfortable and welcoming! I would love to come back again!

Perfect for visits to TIEC
The property was immaculate and simply beautiful, both inside and out. We were only 10 minutes from the Tryon Equestrian Center and within a short drive to several gorgeous hikes and small towns to explore. The property owners were gracious and accommodating. They provided us with a list of local happenings for the weekend and everything we needed to make out stay perfect. Will definitely stay with them again when we come back to the area.

We were here for a horse show and did not have time to enjoy any of the many outdoor amenities offered by this host. We found the place well appointed, clean and relaxing. Very convenient to the horse complex.

Amazing place
We spent a week as a family. The owners have thought of every single detail. We have stayed in other places many times and none as well supplied as this. I loved that my wife got to take a nap on the hammock and relax by the river. The place is beautiful and relaxing. Easy to get to and with plenty to to do in the surrounding towns. I highly recommend this property and I truly hope life brings me.back here in the future.

Perfect VRBO
I have stayed at a lot of VRBO over the years traveling and this was by far the best appointed VRBO I have stayed in. Susie and Rick have thought of every detail. From the most comfortable beds to the firewood for the firepit and smores fixings and a bottle of wine. The location is perfect and so soothing. It is beautifully decorated and was the perfect spot for us to carry our zen feeling after doing yoga and riding at TIEC. I really cannot say enough about this location. Perfect for a girls getaway or a romantic trip. We will definitely be back to stay the next time we come up to TIEC.

Everything it said it would be
This house was everything that they satiated and more. It was not over promised and under sold. It was a great stay and I hope to go back. By far this was the best stay we had. The rooms were nice size, the kitchen was fully stocked as well as the bathroom. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful place that truly added to our vacation.

Absolutely loved!!
This was an amazing experience! When we first got there we saw a herd of deer. When we made it to the location we walked in to a beautiful home amazed by how clean it was and how gorgeous everything was! The fireplace was so relaxing and I was pleasantly surprised by the heated toilet seat and bidet. The master and the bathroom were my favorite parts but the view of the river was amazing and relaxing. I only wish our stay could have been longer. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home! I hope we can visit again soon!!

Beautiful home on a breathtaking property! We were in town for a horse show at TIEC and it’s super convenient location-wise. Comfy beds, washer and dryer that quickly wash show clothes, and we’ll stocked kitchen and bathroom. Thank you!!

Wonderful Riverside Property
Great location for events at the Tryon Equestrian Center. We came for a Music Festival and it was super convenient. Bottom Floor of house with all the comforts and privacy of home. We didn't cook but the kitchen had everything you would need. Enjoyed coffee on the deck overlooking the river and watching the deer in the fields in the neighborhood. The owners were extremely accommodating and we will be back when in the Tryon area! Vineyards are very close and worth visiting!

This is a wonderful home. Susie and Rick made the stay so enjoyable. They provided all that's advertised and offered some goodies for our stay. She has taken care to provide a clean, well stocked, and pretty surroundings for guests. They provide information on activities in the area as well. Yes, the hammock is real, and the fireside is available. The windows offer a great view of the river. We would gladly stay again. Thank you for sharing with others.

Fabulous!!
This rental was amazing. The location is great for Tryon equestrian center (only about 15 min drive). The home was supplied with everything we needed and then extras. The beds were super comfortable. Everything was extremely clean. The view was beautiful. It is a gated community so very safe feeling. No complaints about anything. We hope to be back!

Brand new built level with new appliances laced with antique furniture. Sooooooo very romantic with beautiful colors in every room. I love artwork and I personally drew the black forest on the wall with creatures of the forest by a waterfall done in 3D. Light the fireplace for perfect ambiance to sit and do whatever you like, i.e. play board games, watch TV, dine on your favorite food or just cuddle up with your sweetie.
