Adorable cozy fully furnished house situated on a private horse farm with pasture views from the back porch and Mountain Views from the front.
New modern tastefully decorated with 2 separate bedrooms one king bed and the other with 2 full beds for your comfort. A common area gathering room off the fully equipped kitchen, stove/oven, microwave, and Keurig, Coffee maker, and stacked washer and dryer.

Cozy Accommodations!

We were in the area for my daughter’s horse show at Tryon International Equestrian Center. The Cozy House was well appointed and so close to the equestrian Center. It was just a 10 minute drive, so convenient!

Peaceful....beautiful!

This was the perfect rental for our trip to the Tryon area for a dog agility competition. Close to FENCE, beautiful BEAUTIFUL grounds, clean and well equipped - and comfy beds as well! Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

Stayed with my daughter for a horse show @ TIEC and location was the best yet! 10 min away if that.

Easy commute to Tryon Equestrian Center

Nice house and convenient to Tryon. We stayed here for a horse show at Tryon. Very convenient and comfortable!

Country music festival stay

This property is very clean and well maintained. Love the view of the horses and how quiet it is. We would definitely come back again and stay at this property.

Excellent home in great location

Great location and perfect home- everything you need- for small family of mom and young adult children traveling for local events. Very clean and easy all the way around. Can’t beat the view of the horses right outside!

My mom, sister & I enjoyed our week long stay at this cute, cozy house…we were very comfortable & slept great 👍🏻!!…very good size home for small family..it accommodated us very well..would definitely love to stay another time…highly recommend ❤️

The home was very well appointed and located in a very peaceful country setting adjoining a horse farm. My family enjoyed our time there and wouldn't hesitate returning.

Awesome house perfectly set up beautiful kitchen and living room , two big bedrooms very comfortable beds, we had a wonderful stay ...my daughter was showing at Tryon great location for going back and forth .. maybe 8 minutes to Tryon ..beautiful country setting surrounding you ! Thank you Mary !

I tastefully decorated this cute house. It’s bigger than the competitors cabins which leaves plenty of room for luggage and all our britches and boots. The bAck deck Has a gorgeous view. It’s super easy access either direction to TIEC or the store.
