We had a great time at Lac La Belle Resort. Staying right on the water was beautiful and the store was a great place to grab quick coffee and pasties in the morning. Very quiet and nice place to stay while exploring the Keweenaw.

Thank you for the kind words! We’re glad you enjoyed the waterfront, peaceful surroundings, and morning coffee and pasties, the proper fuel for exploring the Keweenaw! We were sorry we couldn’t accommodate a late checkout. Our cleaning crew works on a tight schedule to get everything ready for arriving guests, and unfortunately, they haven’t figured out how to clean a cabin with a wave of a pasty yet! We’d love to welcome you back for another stay.

The suite was very clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Only thing was odd was that the bathroom had no sink. We made due with the sink in the kitchen so it was all good. We enjoyed our stay overall. The scenery was beautiful!

Cute one bedroom apartment. Stocked with limited basics. Host responsive to needs & requests. Very quiet & serene.

We had an a wonderful stay. The suite was new, clean, and spacious. It’s in the lower level of the Lac La Belle Lodge store. You can walk out the door in the morning steps away from the lakeshore with gorgeous sunrises! The only thing I wished I had known is that the Bear Belly Restaurant upstairs is closed. I was not aware it had been closed for a few years. It sounds like it might be reopening at some point?We came for the fall colors, but we decided we would love to come back just to stay here!
