Clean rooms and great location. We loved the Diamond Beach facilities. The condo did not have our reservation at check-in and had to call property management to verify us. After that was resolved, all went smoothly.

Definitely not luxury in the apartment. Repairs are needed and general upkeep. There were ants in the kitchen on the stove and ants on the patio. The grounds and pools were great.The bunk beds are not stable enough for adults. Looks like the bottom bunk frame is bent and we had to move the top mattress to the floor to have safe access. Also very disappointed to see stained mattress on that top bunk when we removed the sheets.

The property itself was very nice. We had issues with a leak in the kitchen which put water all over the kitchen. We also had issues with ants. We received a quick response to the water issue and ants.Would be nice if the condo was supplied with some plastic glasses which could be used by the pool. Throws or blankets would also be nice for covering up in the living room. People tend to get chilled after being in the sun for several hours. The ice maker was broken and had a sign attached to the freezer saying the parts would be in on Saturday. I called to inquire if it would be repaired due to the sign looked like it had been there a long time. They didn’t know when it would be fixed but they did bring a large bag of ice. A seat would be a good idea for the primary shower. Older people do not feel secure standing in the shower alone.There seemed to be an issue with maintenance not knowing when the condo was empty. We were in side and someone just opened the door and came in to change filters. They said it had happened the week before at that condo. as well.

Place was very nice. Clean for the most part. No beach towels or extra blankets. Bedding very minimal. Had to contact the host and have extras blankets and beach towels delivered, it was late the first night but happy they were able to help out. Condo complex very strict about having arm brackets on in pool area. Even just walking around with regular clothes not planning to swim. Overall a nice stay

Great view of Gulf, Beach, and Pool. Very easy check in process and plenty of outdoor parking during Oct stay. The balcony furnishings were great. The beds were very comfy. Only thing we didn’t care for was the open concept of the master bedroom with the bath, toilet, and closet without doors for privacy.

Besides the weather, we had a wonderful time we were able to swim all the lazy river in the indoor pool play in the amusement park and play in thevplay

Excellent view, very clean, good mattresses and pillows, good variety of plates, cups, cooking utensils. The showers and tubs were excellent. Reclining furniture was comfortable. Could have used more blankets, and a sponge to do dishes. The dishwaser didn't do the greatest job, but everything was very nice and comfortable.

Family weekend getaway.

Diamond Beach Resort had very nice amenities. Our kids enjoyed the lazy river. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Galveston.

Great weekend stay

We enjoyed a long weekend with our friends in the condo and took advantage of the great balcony views, access to the refreshing pools and lazy river, access to beach for nice walks and bike rides and close distance to nice restaurants. Will be back!
