Great beach access, would rent again!

Super convenient to the beach and pool, no stairs to mess with and no issues with loud guests or parties. Only thing I’d change-add a key pad or leave a key to the back door for guests to use because there’s no way to lock it when you go to the beach. Will definitely be staying here again.

Hi, Michelle! We are glad you enjoyed your stay, and we appreciate your comment on the lock concerns. Our property manager let us know that balcony doors on the ground floor never have key locks. If the HOA installed locks with keys, they would need to be replaced every couple of months due to the sand and humidity. While we have never had problems in the complex, we appreciate your input and have notified our team. We look forward to hosting you again soon!

Excellent option in front of the beach!

Everything was very clean and organized. It had all what we needed and besides that, the access to the Beach is just a few steps from our back door. Will choose as the first option next time I visit SPI for sure!

Located on the first floor and very nicely appointed. Comfortable beds and roomy kitchen and dining area. It is run by a management company, so you are given limited supplies (no extra trash bags, 2 total rolls of tp per bathroom, no spices for cooking). We always pack extra of these things when driving. We don't always use them but we did this time. Also, the door code is 10 digits long! This unit is located RIGHT by the gate to the beach and the gate to the pool. It is a very active location with people always walking by. Because of this we didn't feel like we could even leave the blinds in the living area open. And when sitting outside, there is not a good view of the ocean. For these reasons, we wouldn't rent here again, but this is very much personal preference.

The condo was vary clean, looked like they just remodeled it , vary nice had everything we needed..

It was a great place to stay ! We stayed 4 days .. easy access to the pool and beach ! I would rent here again.

Our Favorite Spot

We love this spot and they have made it hard to stay anywhere else. Location is perfect and room is nicely decorated. Nothing but positives for this location.

Great place

Really nice, clean place with beach front and easy access on the 1st floor. I would highly recommend this place. Great for a family of 4-6.

Awesome stay

This is the second time I stay here and I enjoyed just as much as the first time. Wonderful place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone. Definitely coming back!!

Cozy, clean and convenient.

We liked being able to walk straight out the back door to the beach access and the pool. The condo was very clean and decorated very tastefully.

Beautiful ocean view

Room was beautiful and modern. There’s a view of the beach from the room, located right near the pool. It was clean, stocked up kitchen, perfect for a family vacation. Will definitely book again.
