Take this fabulous opportunity to enjoy our family condo that is located right on the beach. Sea Vista is a private gated complex at the Southern most end of the island with private beach access. Your family will enjoy a fully updated beach condo on your South Texas get away! Our condominium is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with spacious living, bar and dining rooms. It is located on the 6th floor with exceptional views of The Gulf of Mexico, Laguna Madre Bay and Queen Isabella Causeway . We have outfitted #622 with WiFi, cable TV, books and board games (cards, dice, puzzles too!). South Padre Island offers many beach and family activities. Complete your vacation with dining options in close proximity or be your own chef with all the necessary cooking essentials and serve ware. Bring your fishing gear, tennis bags, pickleball gear, or just your bathing suits to sit and relax on Texas’ most beautiful beach!

We were very impressed with this condo. It had every single thing we needed and the views were beautiful. The beds were comfortable and communication with the owner was super easy. We will definitely stay here again when we make another trip to South Padre!!

We recently had a family vacation at SPI and this condo was absolutely amazing. Location...BEACH front access...that made all the difference. Literally an elevator ride and we were just a short 1 min walk from being in the water!! The bedding was extremely comfortable, and the condo was so well equipped with everything we needed...even toys for the kids to play in the sand. Close to several restaurants but quiet enough from all the main street action. The host were so attentive and responsove and ensured we felt like we were at home away from home. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to return.

Clean and roomy condo. Great views of both the Gulf and Laguna madre waters from separate balconies and windows.Top floor unit, no noisy guests above you.Two pools, and Tennis courts. Bedrooms have very good light blockage for more comfortable sleeping. Nice furniture and finishes. We have both rented and owned on SPI for 30 years. Sea Vista is a top 3 choice for our stays. I do not think anyone would regret reserving a stay at Sea Vista or this particular condominium. This complex is only steps from the Gulf side beach and about a 20 min beach walk down to the jetties / ship channel. Great location.

“Great stay! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. The host was very responsive and made check-in easy. I would definitely stay here again!”

Amazing! Took my family here for spring break and they had a blast. Great views and plenty of space for all of us. Right on the beach which is what i was looking for and this place was the perfect spot. We will be back for more family fun.

Room was clean and spacious, property owner provided clear instructions and had good communication. The beach access was nice and a nice view off the balcony. I would definitely recommend and would return.

Weekend Getaway

We have stayed at other places on SPI, but this was our first time on this property and it will definitely NOT be the last. We really enjoyed our condo. Very clean and cozy.

We couldn’t have found a better place to rent on the island. Amazing views and updated finishes on the interior!

Just perfect

You can tell this property is well loved - all the personal touches and pictures make you feel like you are staying with family. Clean and well kept and perfectly close to the beach!

Amazing Place!!

This place was SO wonderful! The location is top notch, the beach is beautiful, the condo has everything you can possibly need. It was extremely clean and comfortable for our party of 6. It is extremely spacious and very nice! The host was super kind and accommodating. We will definitely be making another trip again soon!

Wonderful, spacious beachfront condo

My family of five had a very comfortable four night stay here in South Padre. It is convenient with semi private beach access (shared with other condos and nearby resorts). The condo itself is modern, clean, spacious and has beautiful beach views. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a nice kitchen made it a good place for a group.

Don’t hesitate to book

Perfect place for our family’s long weekend to Padre. This condo had it all, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. They even had beach chairs and toys. The location was also great. Away from some of the craze but close enough of you want to partake.

Beautiful rental with a great access to beach

We've been staying at Sea Vista for 6 years now and this rental has great access to the beach and provides all of the necessary items your family will need to enjoy your vacation. The owner was very accommodating and prompt to answer when questions were asked. We'll for sure be back to this specific property in the future.

Excellent beachfront condo in SPI

We were very happy to enjoy the Needham’s condo. Everything was in excellent condition. The place was spacious and comfortable. Beachfront, just a few steps away from the sea. We will not hesitate to come back

Gorgeous

Beautiful condo and absolutely loved the 360⁰ views. The condo felt spacious and well stocked, the basket of tar wipes was a nice touch that came in super handy. Absolutely loved the closet with an umbrella, beach chairs, and boogy boards. We had a great stay!
