Loved this rental. The host got back to us every time we texted in a timely manner and the rental was so clean when we got there. First day pool was a little dirty but the next day it was cleaned. Such a great place to stay and close to a lot of businesses.

We are a family of 6 members stayed for 2 nights. Positives -Location3 bathroomsCheckin instructions were clearImprovements-1. Cleanliness of the unit as well as the entire apartment- there was lot of dust accumulated on the walkway, elevator and the carpets within the unit and everything was smelling dust. Watch out if you are allergic to dust!2. It was supposed to be a 6 person inclusive stay. There are only 2 coffee cups and 2 blankets. 3. There are 3 bathrooms and all of them were supposed to have body wash soap. But only 1 bathroom had half-filled body wash. The remaining 2 were near to empty.4. Host communication—we have requested additional coffee mugs and blankets in the first 1 hr and the host acknowledged the same and requested the permission to drop by. But the supplies never arrived not on day 1 or day 2. We waited but they never arrived. We can understand it’s a weekend and a short fall in personnel but the promise to stop by shouldn’t have been made if it was not happening.5. It appeared like the unit was underprepared for our stay and thorough inspection was missing before we checked in. If the rental amount was deducted 2 weeks in advance and are not refundable , I would expect the accommodation also to be so well prepared and hence I am disappointed!!

This property was good for what we needed. The parking lot is shared with a restaurant, so our reserved spot was taken when we arrived. But it was communicated that we could park in front instead. You can’t open your car doors due to the size of the spaces anyway. The main sliding door to the balcony was off its tracks, so there was noise at night and air streaming in. I stuck a sheet in the gap to help. Another sliding door did not lock, which scared me since it was my girls room. Not enough paper towels or forks provided. Very noisy at night due to location next to Gravity Park. Worked for what we needed, but would stay somewhere else next time.

Bayside Condo

Loved the location and the layout of the condo. Having king size beds and 3 full baths is a bonus! Would have loved to enjoy the sunset by the pool if there were tables and chairs out by pier. Additional Bbq pits for guests to use would also be nice.

The condo is in a great location but parking for guests and having 1 gate key was a little tricky at times.

Great location

Big spacious condo,very convenient to everything. Fireworks so near over the bay and next to the entertainment district. Other than the parking it's a great stay.

Fun, great location

2nd time staying in this particular condo. Very satisfied with location and allowing me to dock boat in one of their boat slips. Close to entertainment district.

Cute

It’s a cute condo with enough sleeping space. It is a little outdated, but it looks like most places in the area look the same. The condo had a couple of fans which was a plus because we tend to be a little hot nature. We only wish there were blankets available for the pullout sofa. Overall, it was a great experience.

Pool, fishing and fireworks

I enjoyed seeing sunset from bayside pool, fishing dock with green fishing light and fish cleaning station. Outdoor grill and seating as well as spacious interior and adsigned parking spot in the heart of the entertainment district.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location for sunsets and the two master suites were nice!
