Thank you for your thoughtful feedback and recommendation. We’re glad you enjoyed the incredible view, but we’re sorry the cleaning details, repeated door-code issues, and TV setup fell short of expectations. Having to call several times for access was frustrating, and your questions about the identification request deserved a prompt response. Padre Island Rentals sends arrival information by email and text, and we appreciate your suggestion to make that clearer before arrival. This is one of our highest-rated condos, and we want the cleanliness and communication to consistently meet that standard. We will review your feedback with our housekeeping and guest services teams, including the need for clearer TV instructions. Thank you for choosing our condo. We hope to host you again on your next visit to South Padre Island and provide the smooth, relaxing experience you deserve.
