The house and surroundings are beautiful. We loved the view of the lake and the spacious backyard with the playground equipment and trampoline. We could hardly have asked for better in seating, table area and kitchen equipment. Some of the burners on the stove did not seem to heat properly. Part of that may have been that we are used to 2500 elevation and this was close to 7000 feet. We loved that it was pet friendly but someone said that the bathroom downstairs smelled like cat pee. The AC was a little loud and inconsistent but we were thankful for it. The most serious thing we would like to mention is the exposed tack strip between the front entry and living room. Little bare feet and Grandma’s shuffling gait both make it a hazard that we feel like you should take care of as soon as possible. Again, it is a beautiful home and we would recommend it to anyone.

This house has a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the kids play in the yard. There is a large back yard with grass, a trampoline, and some swings. The house is spacious, and we appreciated the second fridge downstairs for our large group.There were some maintenance issues. The ceiling fan in the downstairs family room fell off while people were in the room. Fortunately no one was under it at the time. We called the vacasa number and someone came and removed the fan and capped the live wires to prevent a fire hazard. I noticed in the reviews that this has happened before, so I hope it will be a permanent fix this time. Outside, part of the swing-set structure is broken and unsafe. There are thistles in the lawn and stickers in the driveway that stick to shoes and tires, so shoes must be worn outside. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Amazing large group getaway!

Really cool place! Very fun for a large group! Great living spaces and amazing back yards! Would highly recommend this location.

Great stay in bear lake

Wide open front yard was great for the kids and dogs. Lot of space to play games. Bonfire setup was awesome. Stay feels away from the noise but close enough to the city. Would definitely come back.

wonderful family vacation

The house was wonderful. When it stormed so bad we couldn't go to the beach the house provided everything we needed to have a great time.

Bear lake beauty

This home was perfect for our large family. Endless lake views, plenty of things to do for the kids. All the rooms were very comfortable and so well laid out for large groups. Lots of games and activities for all ages. Will definitely rent this home again next year

Great house for a family reunion

We had a great time in this house. The view is breathtaking. There was plenty of space for a group of 30. Lots of activities for kids. Kitchen had a lot of storage, beds were comfortable and the location was great.

Beautiful house with just about everything you could expect.

This is a wonderful home with all the amenities you might expect. It is modern and well maintained, has a beautiful view of the lake, and a great big play area outside. We are very likely to book here again for our next family reunion. Highly recommend!

Perfect

This place has such an amazing yard, that was the best part. We took a group of High School Seniors out here for a church retreat and it was the best. They played on the playground like they were kids again. Loved it.

our Family stay at Lakeview Home

We loved everything about our stay in your beautiful home. We like having enough bedrooms for everyone and the large gathering area , the beautiful inside of the home. We loved the outside ,except me needed more tables on the deck. We loved the play area and the large gathering area around the fireplace. We would like to come there next summer.

Our family loved our stay at the Lakehouse. We enjoyed being close to the town and lake but away enough to be private. My grandkids thought the playground was the best and were out there continuously. The older people loved the view of the lake and the kids! Everything in the house was perfect. We hope to return!

Beautiful Bear Lake

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the lakehouse. This place is perfect for our large family. The bedrooms are set up for families, plenty of bathrooms for everyone, 2 full kitchens and living rooms. the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need if you love to cook like we do. The yard is amazing for kids. My grandkids love this place and look forward to coming back next year. The lake views are beautiful

Getaway

Great place, big, close to the lake, good for kids and adults. Only drawback was way too few coffee cups, and a broken coffee maker. (the owners don't like coffee, but we do) We would certainly go again, and bring our own cups.

So fun - so hot!

We loved our stay. The afternoon sun in the huge windows was really warm. To protect the view, there were no shades. With the AC running it remained very warm in the house until evening. There was so much room, kitchen was great, extra storage, etc.

Wonderful home, beautiful view, yard is awesome!

We had our family for our annual trip and this was a wonderful home. Two full kitchens, two fridges, two washer/dryers. The driveway for toys is awesome, you can drive around the entire house. My husband loved that, made trailering the boat and toys easy. We would definitely stay here again. It was in a great location, close to garden city but far enough away to avoid all that traffic. Fantastic house!

We love The Lakehouse!

This was our second year staying at the Lakehouse. We love it! It is a large, beautiful home that accommodates our family will! We love sitting on the back deck, looking at the like while watching the kids play in the gorgeous yard! We appreciate the two kitchens so we have space for all our food and drinks! The bedrooms are great. I love the hooks that hang in some of the bedrooms so we can hang our swimming suits and towels after playing at the lake. It's wonderful to have the two living rooms with large TVs. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Perfect for our large group!

This house went above and beyond for my family's needs. We had a large group coming from different parts of the state and I was thrilled that there was plenty of parking. The yard was so perfect for our little children to play on the playground and jump on the trampoline. The house itself had plenty of beds and everything we needed to cook our meals. It was very clean and well maintained. And just so you know, the view from the house is amazing. Thanks for the perfect place for our stay!
