Welcome to 'Wailua Hale Lani'; our beautiful, Kauai, one bedroom, one bath condominium at Wailua Bayview. The condominium is on the second floor (#201) of a three-story, 45 unit complex. Continually updated and meticulously maintained, the unit boasts island-themed furniture, high-end appliances, and comfortable flooring throughout. Traditional tropical decor and soothing colors complement the spectacular ocean view from your private lanai. Wailua Bay with a wonderful, sandy, swimming beach is just 100 feet from your door.

Located on Kauai's sunny east Coconut Coast, you will be close to fine dining, shopping, and golfing. The Fern Grotto, Wailua River, Lydgate Park, and the Coconut Marketplace are all within a five minute walk or drive. With the spectacular Na Pali Coast and Hanalei Bay to the north, and Poipu Beach and Lihue to the south, your central location will make exploring easy and convenient.

Our fully-equipped, No-Smoking, air-conditioned condo will accommodate four guests with a queen bed in the bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. A custom kitchen as well as a washer and dryer in the unit will make you feel right at home. With 700 square feet of living space, the unit has plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy your dream vacation in Paradise.

Gorgeous views from the lanai! Very short walk to multiple beaches for stunning sunrise views. Super clean and centrally located to explore the entire island. Excellent property! Great communication with Kevin who went above and beyond. Loved the boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers. We couldn’t have been happier! We stayed in this building 2 years ago (different unit) and this unit is exceptional!

Hidden Gem perfect location

Amazing views, super clean, owner was awesome. Location is great, able to go north or south for activities less than an hour either way. Stay a week enjoyed it, very quiet, friendly people. Will be back for sure.

Relaxing getaway

A lovely, comfortable condo! Close to the beach, activities, shopping, and food, but without the touristy feel of some of the resorts nearby. We look forward to a return visit soon!!!

Great, relaxing condo.

Enjoyed our 2 weeks staying there. No problem issues at all. Kevin was very easy to communicate with and very helpful in assisting us with advice on things to do there. I'm pretty picky on wanting a comfortable bed and this one was amazing. We are going over our calendar now to decide when to return. Love this place.

This condo was a great place to stay. We loved the interior design and the view of the ocean. It was spacious, very clean and well-equipped. The washing machine and the dryer were very useful. The host sent us a bunch of useful information after our booking.

Best condo we’ve stayed ever!

This was a top rated condo. I am quite picky and this came in as pretty much perfect. Great location, great selection of utensils and top-line appliances. This was a comfortable yet elegant condo with a beautiful ocean front view. Many dining and shopping choices within 5-10 minutes. Great location—half way between north shore and south shore. We went as far as you can drive around the entire island each direction (one day each way comfortably). Thanks for a great 5-day visit!!

Wonderful condo!

Beautiful condo with a million dollar view! We’ve stayed at this complex a couple of times a few years ago but not in this unit. I’ve traveled a lot over the past 30 years, and this condo was the cleanest I’ve ever seen! Kevin is a great host, promptly answers all inquiries, and provides very clear directions for everything,. The condo was very quiet, and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony watching fishermen and surfers. The condo is very well equipped and has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the a/c in the living room when it got a bit too warm but we mostly had beautiful non-humid weather and didn’t need to use it much. Truly a great value for a convenient location to explore the island. Mark the property manager was also so friendly! When I return to Kauai, this condo will definitely be my first choice. Mahalo, Kevin!

Great Condo with Ocean View!

We enjoyed our 12 days in Kauai and we are so glad we choose this condo to stay in! It was a central location to do activities all over the island. There was always parking available and it was super easy to get in and out of! The bed was extremely comfortable and all of the amenties listed worked great! We utilized the gas grill by the pool several days and made meals in the kitchen. Great pans, utensils, and dishes are available. We also used the dishwasher, washer and dryer several times and they worked great! The air conditioners in the living room and bedroom worked great! The pool and grounds are beautifully maintained. We liked that the garbage and recycling drop-off was easy and convenient! We also loved the warm, homemade malsadas across the street at Passion Bakery and had a great meal at Leong's within walking distance. We also spent a lot of time at the Coconut Market just down the street (loved JoJo's Shave Ice), as well as Lava Lava Beach Club for breakfast, dinner, drinks, and amazing desserts right on the beach! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay! We will absolutely stay again! This is truly a perfect location and condo to stay at while in Kauai! Mahalo!

WOW! This place is underrated. The most perfect condo to use as your base for a trip to Kauai! We loved the deck and ocean view - enjoying coffee in the mornings and using the binoculars to see dolphins and other wildlife from the comfort of our balcony. The condo has everything you need - bed was comfortable and everything was super clean. This is a slice of paradise!! We had a blast. Excellent location with easy access to all Kauai has to offer.

Pre-Thanksgiving Wailua Bay condo stay

The Property, with beach view, was as advertised. There is road noise, but nothing that disturbed our stay. Even though I received detailed instructions w photo about getting the key and getting in, I got confused. Luckily one of the maintenance people was around, and showed me how to get in. I never saw the property manager - no one in office during stay. A good choice for exploring the island and close to the airport and to Costco for gas.

Picture postcard outlook.

This is a very comfortable property with a beautiful outlook. It is situated right next to a main road so there is a lot of passing traffic. The double windows in the bedroom pretty much cut out all the noise when you are trying to sleep and it didn’t bother us in the other part of the unit. The location is very central and convenient and the owner was extremely helpful and obliging. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view and clean

Great view of Wailua Bay, enjoyed eating on the lanai. Nice to have chairs, umbrellas and icechests. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Bed very comfortable and blackout curtains. Excellent communication with Mgr., he responded quickly to messages. Most important, would we stay here again? Most definitely YES!
