This is a great condo with unobstructed oceanfront views. This condo has dated furniture but is clean and cared for. The AC unit in the living room is noisy both inside and on the lanai but is able to cool the area. The host is wonderful and responsive. When we return, we will definitely stay here again.

Property is technically on the beach, but the beach is hard to get to. It’s not as close as the pictures make it seem. You have to walk out on the street and go up the sidewalk for a ways to get to the beach.

Our building is situated on a rise at the ocean’s edge. Its location there is what allows the stunning views across Wailua Bay amd across the eastern edge of the island. Reaching the beach takes a 2 or 3 minute walk in either direction. I’m not sure how to respond to this review as it involves the location of the entire building, other than to say that we have been welcoming happy guests since the building was erected.

Very nice property.... clean with everything you need. Centrally located to explore north and south shore. Second time staying here and wonderful both times. Restaurants within walking distance. Plus a wonderful bakery with amazing malasadas. Can walk to coconut market place and get some shaved ice.

This is our 3rd time staying at Wialua Bay View and we love it there. Great access to different parts of the island, grocery and other shopping, and wonderful surf views and sounds! Being on the 3rd floor meant quiet neighbors but be prepared for a non-stop wave soundscape! The apartment met all of our needs and was nicely appointed with kitchen necessities and beach basics. It’s also convenient to have the outdoor grill option for home-prepared meals. The pool is warm and provided a nice relaxing break in the evening.Passion Cafe across the street has delicious breakfast sandwiches and pastries. Napali Brewery was also a nice walkable dinner and drink option with good live music.

Great location. Centrally located easy drive to NS or Poipu. Great view. Love that it’s within walking distance to Coconut Marketplace ( really enjoyed the free Hulu Show and Farmers Market) and the bike path.

Location was perfect, walkable to multiple beaches, shops and food. Room was clean and cozy. Beautiful views from the condo and enjoyed the pool.

This place was excellent! It was perfect being centralized on the island. The host was responsive, the condo was clean, and the place was stocked with everything we needed. The pool area with the grills was perfect. Sunrises on the balcony every morning was great! The condo manager was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Excellent view of Wailua bay. Close to everything in Kapa’a. Well equipped with chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards and everything you’d need for a week of fun. Enjoyed our stay.

I’ve stayed at this condo several times. The view is unbeatable! Love the location of Wailua Bay View condos near Kapa’a. Beach amenities are a plus…chairs, boogie boards, cooler, umbrella and (freeze packs to keep things cold). Plenty of beach towels, bath towels and kitchen amenities. We also enjoy the bbqs to cook our meals. Will definitely return in the future.

Wialua Bay View is the bomb

Great property right on the Wialua bay. Walking distance to several great restaurants and the best bakery on the island. Centrally located so you can head north to Honilie or south to Poi pu. The sound of the surf puts you to sleep each night and the rooster gives you a wakeup call!
