This was our second time staying with this host. The room was clean. Appliances worked as should and looked brand new. The view from the room was gorgeous. The kids enjoyed every minute of it.

Took my daughter and grandkids and they all loved it!! Kids are 9,4 and 3 and they all had something to do and enjoy. Wouldn’t stay anywhere but on my be beach with that many kids and love how 2 beach chairs were included with our stay. Owner very responsive and quick to take care of anything we needed.

Great stay! Close walk to the beach and the pools and splash pad were nice! Room was clean and lots of space for family of four.

End of summer trip

Great spot for a quick vacation before school. Kids loved all the pools and the lazy river. Ocean and beach was awesome for the adults.

Great stay, beautiful view, very helpful host!

We loved our stay! The property is beautiful, the condo is beautiful with everything you could need included, and the host was very responsive! We didn’t have any issues with waiting on elevators as others mentioned and we loved the included beach chairs!

Splash Resort Short Stay

We were very impressed by the whole experience.The apartment had everything you would want and looking out at the Gulf made it feel like a stationary cruise ship.The owner support was exceptional. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great weekend stay at the condo. It was clean and very nice, the kids liked the little animal toys. It had a great view from the balcony. Missing the waves already!

Condo was very nice and very convenient

Splash is an excellent place for kids and their parents. Aside from slow elevators. It was a great experience. And the condo we stayed in was everything we needed. Great owner to work with!

Splash Condo Review

We loved splash resort! We loved our condo, it was very clean and had minimal breakable decorations out, which is great if you have smaller children! The owner was very friendly and very responsive in his emails. Definitely will be back!

Great Vacation

Perfect condo with a perfect location, perfect view, with a great price. The owner was very welcoming and responsive. The only downside was we had to wait an hour for an elevator for checkout. However, I did not take off a star from this beautiful condo.

Convenient location, family friendly

We were very happy with our stay in this unit. For a family of four with a 9 and 12 yr old, it was the right fit for us. It felt welcoming when walking in and the information provided made the arrival such a breeze (which we needed after a very rough start to our vacation).
