An updated bright and cheery oceanside cape is here for you! This family friendly 4 bedroom 2 bath house is just a short walk (11 houses) on a quiet street to a beach with life guards and close to many of LBI’s great activities and restaurants. Inside, central air, updated kitchen, cable TV and WiFi are included. Outside features include a private fenced in backyard with outdoor shower, outdoor seating, and gas grill are some of the amenities awaiting you.

Charming Classic Cape

Such a beautiful, well cared for, updated and comfortable classic cape, perfectly located. We enjoyed everything about this home, including many mornings outside enjoying coffee or evenings gathered around the outdoor table. This home was immaculately clean and all of the beds were very comfortable. It is such an inviting home that it really did feel like home away from home. We look forward to returning.

perfect beach week!

My husband and I enjoyed hosting our family throughout the week at this beautiful beach house!! The location was perfect, the house is in great condition and very clean, and the outdoor space was exceptional! We appreciated the kid-friendly aspects of the house, including the kitchenware, shelves of games, and outdoor toys. We are so glad we chose this house and hope to be back again!!

Amazing Week in LBI

Perfect house for our family of 5! This home had every amenity and was so well stocked and clean! The location is in the ❤️Of LBI. Perfect for walking to ocean daily & Skipper Dipper! Bike ride away from restaurants and shops and a quick drive around the island!!! We will definitely return to this hidden gem! Thank you fir an amazing week!

Great stay - nice property

We love this area, very central to do a variety of activities. The house looks dated from the exterior, but don't be fooled - inside everything was updated. New appliances, new flooring, fresh paint, etc. Very pleased that many of the "little things" were included - beach badged, chairs, hand soap and so on. Will absolutely look to rent this house again.

Cozy, well-maintained, and well-equipped; excellent location

This was our second year at the property, and we were happy to return. The house is well-maintained with some nice updates (kitchen, downstairs bath, flooring). It's not huge, but the layout makes excellent use of the space. It is comfortable and homey and perfect for a quiet week on the beach (only a block-and-a-half away!). Plus, it's not too far from some local staples -- Skipper Dipper, Jersey Girl, and Pinky Shrimps are within walking distance and it is only a couple miles to Fantasy Island.

Our best family rental on LBI!!!

Our one week stay here on Florida Ave in Beach Haven Park was fabulous. This classic cape cod was so cozy and newly renovated with everything we needed. It was also impeccably clean with very comfortable air conditioning also. The back yard was huge for family cookouts. I loved how easy it was to communicate with the owner even for just a simple question!!! An easy walk to the beach , our family could not have asked for more!!! Can’t wait to return very soon. Thank you so very much.

A great beach house on LBI

I want to start with how great the owner was to work with, she was very responsive and helpful. We stayed in the home while attending a wedding on the island. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect!

Perfect!

The house is beautifully decorated and updated to meet all of our needs. We loved the neighborhood which is quiet but near ACME and the best ice cream - the skipper dipper. We walked to the skipper dipper every night and road bikes to the bay view park for fun activities there. We had a wonderful week and we can’t wait to come back next year!

LBI Return

My family stayed at this wonderful during summer 2018. I have been regular of the Jersey Shore since I was a kid and this year was finally able to share the beauty with my own family. The rental was immaculate and stocked with so many toys, books and beach gear that we did not need to travel with everything. The house was close the beach and had a wonderful yard for my children to play when away from the beach. We hope to return next year. Thanks!

A fantastic home for families or couples (or anyone in between)!

We absolutely loved our stay at 12 E. Florida Avenue. We (myself, my mom, my sister, my brother-in-law, and their three small kids) were first-timers vacationing on LBI and it was the perfect place and experience for us! To begin, Lorraine (the owner) was INCREDIBLY responsive and helpful: before booking and then arriving, we had a number of questions given our lack of experience with the island and renting there and she responded patiently (and very quickly!) to each one. The house itself is lovely and so well-appointed. If you have kids, the bonus is that there are lots of helpful things like a pack&play, baby monitor, tons of beach and backyard toys, a small baby pool, cups and cutlery and plates for kids, etc. We left a few things as well (e.g., a jumper seat for an infant). We arrived and it was pristinely clean and had everything we needed. Like many/most homes on LBI, it's basically a block from the beach, which is insanely beautiful (and has life guards every day as well as daily visits by an ice cream truck!). It's a quick walk to a few places to eat and a quick drive or Lyft to many more. We loved running/walking on the bike path on Beach Avenue, which is the less-busy small road in between the house and the beach. I can't say enough about this great house and overall experience with the owners! We will absolutely be making this an annual trip.

Great house

Property was great. Glad we had the outdoor space as the living room is a bit small for 8 adults. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and the decor is very warm and cozy.

Very nice home just a block from the beach

We had a great week at this house. The house had plenty of room, it was updated, big back yard and just a quick walk to the beach. We may be back next summer.

Wonderful home

This house was perfect for us. We were 2 families renting a house together for the first time, both with 5 1/2 year olds. The proximity to the beach was perfect. And a quick drive to Beach Haven for rides and mini golf. Acme was conveniently located across the blvd. we would definitely stay here again to make more memories. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great House makes a great vacation

Great Location

The house was perfect for our family. The rooms were good, the house was clean and the kitchen came well stocked. There was also a lot of space outdoors to sit and enjoy the weather. It was close to the beach without having to cross a major road. We could also easily walk to the ACME as well as places for breakfast and ice cream. The only negative would be not every room had a closet to hang clothes. Otherwise it had everything we needed.
