Very nice

Communication with owner was excellent. Well equipped. Clean . Quiet and location was near hub of surf city . Nice view of bay and sunsets . Traffic was light despite being on a main thoroughfare. Discovered iron did not work . Owner had a new one shipped the very next day.

Fantastic property - 3 blocks from beach!

We've had a wonderful stay here. Hosts are friendly and very responsive. Kitchen is well equipped. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants. Property as described. Plenty of room. Great amenities include outdoor shower. Really comfortable - a great find!

Perfect for a Weekend Trip

My friends and I had a super fun girls trip here! Host was responsive and the house was very clean and well stocked. Definitely bring towels, as there were only 2.

We had a wonderful long weekend on LBI. This was our second stay at the house & we enjoyed it as we did the first stay. It was a beautiful weekend on the Island, able to spend a lot of time sitting on the beach in shorts & short sleeve shirts!

Clean, Comfy and well stocked

I spent the best four-day birthday weekend here. Also attended a wedding at The Mainland only 10 minutes from house. For my family of six, this house was very spacious, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. I had to bring my own bed sheets, but the water & dryer was large enough to do all the laundry. The spacious front deck was convenient, especially for watching my grandkids in the large park right across the street, and also to admire the breathtaking sunsets. We enjoyed the large backyard, spacious outdoor shower and changing room. Alex and Mike answered all my questions within minutes...great communication !! I would recommend this house, and would definitely pay a second visit !!

Lovely stay by the beach!

Alex and Mike's place was a great place for my family to stay when we were in town for a wedding. It was close to the beach and to many restaurants and shops. Directions and parking were clear and instructions for check-in and check-out were easy as well. Alex and Mike were very communicative and accommodated an early check-in which was really helpful during our travels. Thank you for a great stay!

Our surf city house was perfect for us!

Great Location!

The second floor was perfect for our group of 4. The space was clean and spacious. Perfect location and the deck is perfect to hang out on. Highly recommend!

Beautiful sunsets!!

Sunsets were incredible every night! We loved sitting out on the front porch to watch the sunsets - that was by far the best part of our stay! House was comfortable and spacious. Very close walk to local shops and to the beach! Grill was great, and had a good amount of cooking equipment inside. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Would recommend!

Nice location, great view

This was perfect for a long weekend away at the end of the season. The space was comfortable and the amenities excellent; and we spent a lot of time on the balcony (even on the rainy days).

Great little home on facing the bay

The owners were awesome. The duplex was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed. Outdoor shower is always a plus. The downstairs tenants were so nice too. Thanks foe a great weekend.

Great Weekend Getaway

The property was clean and just as described. Location was nice and close to the bridge but also convenient to lots of attractions in Surf City. They also accommodated an early check in which was much appreciated. We did have to bring our own linens which wasn't a big deal but wasn't included in the listing - I had to ask. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

We arrived earlier than expected, was able to email owners and allowed early check-in. Process was easy. Condo was clean, location perfect (right across street from playground for kids). Sunset was beautiful. My adult children and their children all want to go back! We definitely will. Jodi downstairs was so sweet and gave us the "lay of the land". Great family time had by all!

Great house - close to lots!

Communication with owner was a breeze and check in was made super easy and convenient for us. The house is in a great location - can walk to coffee and beach. Would definitely recommend staying here!
