This beach oasis is remodeled with upgrades for your comfort & enjoyment. Our four generation family owned and loved PANAMA BREEZE provides you with all the amenities that make a house a home. We're proud of this beautifully decorated and furnished beach unit- a bedroom with a king sized bed including a large closet and a cozy loft with twin beds; including a washer and dryer, a queen sofa bed in the living area, one full bath and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. There is a flat screen TV in the living area, bedroom, and loft. Enjoy an ocean view from your living area and relax on the back deck overlooking the swimming pool. We are building a library of beach reading, games and family DVDs for your enjoyment. Use the wireless internet! A charging center has been included for your use at the custom built desk in the living area. PANAMA BREEZE is located on the 3rd floor (stairs only) of Sunswept Condominiums. We are only steps to the beach and to the heated pool. Sunswept Condomiums is a family oriented, quiet, and convenient location to all of Panama City Beach's many attractions and restaurants. Walk across the street to Waffle House, Hippie Market, Texaco Convenient Store and Paintball. We are near St. Andrews State Park which was named one of the Top 10 Beaches, and an ideal location for hiking, swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking and canoeing, fishing and bird watching. Other surrounding entertainment include shopping, golfing, and gaming. The beach offers parasailing, jet ski rentals, dolphin watching, shell hunting and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I grew up spending summer vacations at Panama City Beach. This time with my family was very special to me, building fond memories I'll hold onto forever. As I had my own family, I continued the tradition and raised my son enjoying the beautiful white sandy beaches of Panama City. Many years have passed and our story continues with our multi-generational family now enjoying our beach oasis. My son and his family are also making yearly trips to Panama Breeze for family fun and memories. This summer, our four generations will gather at Sunswept for a family reunion. This will be a first for us and I believe will become an annual event.

My parents have purchased and sold several different units at Sunswept Condominiums, the first one when the complex was built. They have owned units at other complexes in the area, but have sold them all, preferring Sunswept Condominiums, because of the family atmosphere and commitment of the owners to maintain a beautiful and quiet environment for vacationers. My dad has served as one of the homeowners association presidents. I am now starting to rent the beach unit to support my parents and our favorite family getaway. We are thrilled to share this vacation spot with you, what has become our favorite family oasis! We hope it becomes one of your favorite family trips. In our opinion, Panama Breeze at Sunswept Condominiums is the best place for a family to stay on this beach. We have years of experience, and a strong commitment to our family oasis and to Sunswept Condominiums to back this claim.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We love how easy and close it is to get to the beach. When we want a change, we go to the pool, which is so well maintained and is nestled among nice landscaped grounds with large beautiful palm trees. The pool is hardly ever crowded. There are a few charcoal grills and picnic tables on the property for you to have a picnic. When you want to leave the premise, you are conveniently located to the exciting arcades, miniature golf, go carts, and many more activities, all the food places you could ask for, and all the nature seeking opportunities you wish to find at the beach. You are conveniently located to all types of activities, without being in the congested area of PCB. The benefit of stay at Panama Breeze is the fact that it is newly gutted and remodeled to provide a comfortable and tastefully decorated beach oasis for all of our enjoyment. I love seeing a view of the ocean from the living area and I enjoy relaxing with a cup of coffee or eating a meal at the table on the balcony overlooking the pool area. It's simply wonderful!
