This is a 1300 sqft beach front condo that has been remodeled from scratch! New kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counter top, new floors, New bathrooms, new furniture, 3 new flat screen TVs (55", 42" and 27") , new mattresses, new outdoor furniture! The condo comes also with a washer and dryer !

This unit is definitely larger than most 2 bedroom/2bath units in the area. It is quite spacious, fresh uncluttered decor, and an extra large balcony with a big table, 6 comfy chairs, plus two extra chairs on the side. The views are just amazing and relaxing !!! just relax on your bed in the master bedroom and enjoy the amazing views without having to go anywhere! same wonderful views are also guaranteed if you are cooking in your kitchen, or simply relaxing the living room! This unit is designed for SIX adults (one king bed, one queen, 2 brand new high quality twin size fold away beds), but two small kids UNDER 12 can sleep on the sectional sofa (please bring your own sleeping bags for those 2 extra small guests!). Plenty of storage available in the unit (ONE closet in guest bedroom, TWO spacious closets in Master bedroom, PLUS an extra closet in the hallway)

Condo needs major updates and lots of TLC. New paint and ceiling work, new flooring, updated bathrooms with showers and tolits, adequate dishes and kitchen essentials, new mattresses with mattress protectors, and decent sheets, add more decor to the walls and space. The room and furniture were dirty. We enjoyed our stay on the property and the beach, but I would not recommend staying in this condo to anyone. The space of the condo was good and the balcony was nice size with a beautiful view. It was adequately priced for the experience.

Excellent Value

We enjoyed our stay in this beachfront condo. The check in process was easy. The owner was very responsive, with all inquiries being answered within one hours time. The condo was as advertised in the photographs provided. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was very large providing us excellent views of the sunsets. We were lucky and got to see fireworks from our balcony each night of our stay. I have never been to Panama City Beach before and do not know if this is something they typically do or not. The kitchen had enough dishes to cook basic meals, which worked well for us. The pool was well cared for, as were the resort grounds. We took full advantage of the on-site beach access. The property was an EXCELLENT value. We would definitely return. Something outside of the owners control that did dampen our arrival: the gate keeper smelled VERY strongly of vomit upon our arrival. This was the only negative of our entire trip. So, if your arrival is not perfect, keep an open mind, you only have to get your parking pass once! Every other staff member was kind, friendly, and well groomed (without odor).

Weaver family vacation

Great stay overall, but for the price I would have liked to have had a more updated bathroom. We had a couple minor issues but nothing serious enough to hurt our stay. The place was beautiful and I love having a full kitchen and laundry available. We look forward to booking our next stay soon!

Amazing View

This condo has an amazing view of the gulf and the pool. The condo was very nice. It's next to the Elevator. You can hear it going up and down from the master bedroom, but honestly it took me most of the week to realize the noise was the elevator. The guest room could use a gel pad on top of the egg crate on the bed. Lights on the balcony would be helpful. Overall, a great time and a great vacation. Would totally recommend.

Loved the beach!

The view and proximity to the beach was perfect. The pool area was very clean with lots of chairs and tables. Beds were very comfortable. Condo was not very well supplied. We had to ask for dish soap and garbage bags. Pans and skillets could be updated. Hot and cold waterlines are backwards in both bathrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location with great views

Overall we had a great stay, great views; the bathrooms are not for tall people with low ceilings; The master bathroom is very dark, perhaps a see through shower curtain or a better light would help. Measuring spoons in the kitchen would be nice. This room is next door to the elevator and can be heard in the master bedroom if you’re a light sleeper. During our stay, the pool in front of this unit was very cold we tried the other pools and the temperature was a lot better

it was a wonderful experience the view I had from the main bedroom was wonderful I loved it my mom traveled here from Mexico to see the beach so she fell in love with the place because of the beautiful view we had the person in charge answered immediately and very kindly I would go back there again!!!!!

Perfect

The condo was big enough for 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 kids with room to spare. It was very clean and multiple sand toys and chairs to use. Perfect location on the beach and the pool was nice, cool and clean. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would change is a light on the balcony. Otherwise it’s perfect for families!

Beautiful views great location

We enjoyed staying here the past few days. Great views and location. Rooms were nice with comfy beds Space had everything needed for our stay. The beach chairs,wagon and sand toys provided were a great surprise and a huge help. Needs some minor touch ups here and there but overall a great location

Great location - right on the beach

Great location right on the beach! Excellent view from 12th floor! Communication with the property manager was excellent! It was clean and fit our needs! There are a few things that could have made it better - the TV in the living room didn't have any DMHI connectors, we only had 2 trash bags for the week, no bar soap, a dash of dish soap, and the toliet paper was terrible. Its a bit older so a little bit of dry wall work needs done (but nothing bad). It would be nice to have some end tables and a higher coffee table - couches not very comfortable. Again, this is a great place to stay and manager was super to work with -- Couldn't get a better location!
