Hi Steven. Thanks for your feedback. Prior to your booking, there were multiple disclaimers posted on the listing indicating that a major project was occurring on site. There was also additional information listed in your confirmation email regarding this and what to expect. Unfortunately, as the HOA is handling the project, we have no control over what is occurring but do ensure that guests know that this will impact their stay.
