We enjoyed our short stay at Beach Colony. The unit was very clean. Communication with codes and instructions was timely. Kitchen was well stocked and the view was beautiful. The only thing I would recommend is that you bring your own salt, pepper and seasonings.

The condo was very clean. When we arrived the sliding door to the patio was very difficult to operate. The ladies in our group could not close the door. we reported it immediately during working hours. No one responded until 3 hrs later close to 9pm. They said someone would look at it tomorrow. A young man came the next day with some silicone spray and said he couldn’t do anything with it and would send someone else. After several texts and calls someone came 3 days later on our last day there. Said we should have reported it earlier and i explained we had been reporting it every day. He said he wasn’t notified. and he would put it in his report and try to get us a discount. The door never did get fixed and was a safety issue as our party were all in their 70’s.Very poor communication with management and workers and guests.A few other minor issues. The toilet paper holder in master was off and laying by bath tub. The oven temp lights are out.overall very disappointed.

Spring Mini-Breaj

We took a quick long weekend trip and loved this location. Walking distance to good restaurants and the beach was beautiful.

Great condo

This was a great condo. The beach isn't as busy and was easy to find a spot. The balcony had gorgeous views. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Great Stay!

The property was great. It was a bit crazy at check-in but overall the unit was wonderful. We had no issues and the drive to local restaurants and the grocery store were very close. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Well come back here again!

My family and I felt safe in this condo. The beach was a short walk from the condo. Condo was also a short distance to local restaurants and grocery stores. Would highly recommend this place and area!

Beautiful property

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was spotless and well appointed with all items needed for a family of 5. Will definitely book this unit again the next time in Perdido Key!!

Unit very nice

The unit was very nice. The outside furniture needs replaced, but other than that it was a nice, well stocked rental. Also, there is no Kuerig.

Very nice condo with great furniture and amenities. Perfect view of pool and beach.

Vrbo was easy to use. Directions for check in, stay, and departure were clear. Descriptions were accurate. Very comfortable condo.

Great beach get away

Very clean condo with lots of space for family. Appliances are brand new. Nice ocean view. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property close to home

The property management for this unit was exceptional for clear communication. Unfortunately our home which is very close by was damaged extensively from hurricane Sally. We had family we have not seen in many many years travel from Michigan to aid the fixing of our home. The only downside was but not controllable was that none of the amenities were available because of the damage this area sustained from hurricane Sally. We did have one disappointed five-year-old boy that was hoping to use the indoor pool but it was not open. If these amenities are important to you make sure you check they are available before renting a place in this area. The view was beautiful. The unit was very very clean. It was a perfect location for our family to experience the beauty of the area that we love so much at a fantastic condo. The visiting family personally have never used VRBO for any vacations and now that they have experienced it they will never go to a hotel again. The condo had everything you need to stay comfortably and if needed we would definitely rent this specific unit again.

Perfect!

This property is exactly as listed! So clean, updated, comfortable. Six adults fit very comfortably. The pool and outside area were always clean.....the condo itself passed my inspection....#cleanfreak. We will definitely be staying here again....as a matter of fact we are already looking at when we will be going back!

Perdido Key

We had a wonderful time staying in the unit. Check-in was a breeze as the instructions were easy to follow. Unit was clean and it was great having everything needed to feel comfortable. Gorgeous views and the amenities (pool, exercise room, beach access) made the trip wonderful. Access to Pensacola and the Alabama border made for great shopping. If possible - visit the museum and lighthouse on the Naval Air Station (NAS). We look forward to returning for another stay.

Nice place

Clean, and ready to go! The elevator gave me some trouble and the codes were a little confusing at first but overall it was a great experience.
