This was our second stay here and it was just as wonderful as the first. It was beautifully decorated and the ocean view was spectacular!

The place was exactly as described. It was clean and easy to get to. The hosts were great and we would stay there again.

There was a small hiccup upon arriving but Kay was prompt to respond and rectify the situation. The home is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen being “fully stocked” is an accurate description and the view of the ocean is exceptional. The amount of beach accessories available was more than expected for sure! The pool was amazing - sad to leave. We ended up having 5 adults and 2 toddlers on our family vaca and would highly recommend this unit.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo on Amelia Island! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen essentials to extra towels and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home.The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy the beach and everything Amelia Island has to offer. The condo itself was spacious, relaxing, and had a welcoming atmosphere that made our vacation even more enjoyable.You can tell the owners put a lot of care into making sure guests have a great experience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book this condo again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable getaway!

Such a great location, and space! The condo is nice, has all of the amenities, and wonderful views. The only thing to note is that once you come off of the elevator you have to go up 4 stairs to get to the condo. Not a problem unless you are handicap or overpacked! We loved our stay here and would absolutely return again!!

Great Family Vacay

We totally enjoyed staying at Shipwatch. The property is beautiful and the condo was well appointed with everything we needed including plenty of beach chairs, fishing gear and sand toys.

Great stay!

It was our first time to Amelia Island. Kay has a beautiful home with lots of amenities. The view was terrific, pool great for swimming and the wide open beach great for the family.

Fun in Paradise

We had a terrific stay in a beautifully decorated and well stocked villa. Our family enjoyed the pool and beach very much. In fact, we did not want to leave!

Amazing Stay!

Perfect place to enjoy Amelia Island. The condo was perfect and included everything we needed for the beach. Very spacious, comfortable and great views. Kay is great, very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

A real treat

We just completed 6 weeks at this lovely Amelia Island condo. Beautiful morning sunrises, fantastic walking and bike riding paths, wonderful restaurants, and a heated pool. Just perfect for this retired snowbird!

Perfect for families

Our family loved staying in this villa! It was very family friendly. The room off of the living room was great for the kids to have their own space while the adults could relax in the living room or out on the terrace with the beautiful ocean view. Thank you Kay for making our family gathering special and being so accommodating!

The penthouse was just beautiful with all the amenities possible. Definitely a 5 Star property with a beautiful view of the ocean, pool and beach. Will definitely be back with the family for another stay. Nothing short of FABULOUS !!!

Wonderful week on Amelia

Lovely property, a wonderful stay. Would recommend for families. Nice beach view. Towels, kitchen and beach needs all met. Lots of stairs and elevator use to come and go, so access can be something to consider if that is a concern.

Great stay

We had a wonderful visit. Love the beaches of Amelia Island. This property is located in The Plantation which offers lots of things to do while you are not on the beach (shopping, food, excursions). This owner had a closet full of everything you would need for a day at the beach which was wonderful. They also had a small room that had toys for our grandchild. Would definitely stay again.

Summer 23 Shipwatch

Spacious and beautifully decorated, we enjoyed the space itself as well as the thoughtful amenities like the bicycles, beach chairs, etc. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay.

Great condo, beautiful surroundings

Pictures did not do the Condo justice. View of ocean from deck and front windows was great. Kitchen well stocked . Bedrooms were comfortable for all. Very nicely furnished. Owner great to work with. Heated pool was not crowded and nicely landscaped. Amelia Plantation had it all - beautiful scenery, good restaurants, fun places to visit for a 6 year old - Drummond Park, nature center activities, swimming at the pool and ocean and playing at the beach
