• Three large king bedrooms connected to individual ensuites w/ double vanities (Two include separate water closets), enormous tiled walk-in showers including rain heads PLUS....two queen bedrooms sharing one full bathroom.
• Enjoy 24/7 partial view of the ocean from all windows and off of the front deck, view sunsets from the back deck on the upper level
• Conveniently located on the island close to the intersection of Atlantic Blvd and S. Fletcher Ave. The home is located on a double corner lot with safe access for biking through neighborhood behind the house. Egans Trail, the Y and downtown Fernandina Beach are accessible by bike.
• Enjoy an easy, 6- 7 minute stroll to the Sandbar, Sliders and Salt Life restaurants.
• Note: Kitchen, family room #1, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on upper floor (accessible from two sets of exterior stairs - no interior stairs). *Large spacious flex space with 80” TV and 1/2 BA is located on the lower (ground level). Gates are installed at the top of both exterior sets of stairs for extra safety for little ones.

We had an incredible time staying at this VRBO! Jackie is a great host. She had excellent communication and provided very helpful recommendations. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL. Everything was clean and well designed. This was an amazing find and would recommend to anyone coming to Amelia Island!

Absolutely top notch location, just perfect for easy access to downtown, close to everything we needed, and what a darling town in which to spend time shopping, walking and enjoying the restaurants. The home is far more then adequately equipped, with generous day to day supplies, fresh linens, comfortable beds and couches and most attractive decor. We enjoyed a fabulous 4 days get away. Thank you!!

Great option for a family vacation!
Excellent property , comfortable and conveniently located ! The beach is across the street and the historical downtown is just a short drive away. Both the owner and the manager were communicative and extremely helpful.

The pictures online on this house did not do it any justice! The house was absolutely immaculate, the decorations were gorgeous! The lication was perfect!I cant say enough about the house and the hosts went above and beyond!!! I will definitely be back!

Perfect rental for our family
Everything was perfect! When our family comes to visit again , this property will be our first choice! It was truly perfect!

Great beach trip!
House was spacious and clean! Jackie was very helpful and responsive. Beach was just across the street! Great stay!

Perfect for us!
In town for a wedding. Place was great! Location, beds, clean, lots of extras in kitchen and the entire house. 100% would rent again.

Excellent property & location for our large adult family.
Great place to stay on the island. Short walk to the beach, all local facilities easily reached within a short drive. Everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. Good for separating (top floor/bottom floor) the older members of the family from the those who liked to enjoy the night life!

Highly Recommended
This property is lovely, spacious and well appointed.The large bathrooms are extra beautiful The location is great with easy access to the beach and a short drive to town. The owners are super nice. We will be telling our friends about this wonderful rental.

Thanksgiving with Family
This house was a great fit for our family. We enjoyed it’s location , close to downtown Fernadina and the beach. We also enjoyed the ping pong table.
It is beautifully decorated and pristine!
Definitely a treat for our family!

Great Property for a Large Family
What a great place to spend quality time with adult children and grandchildren!
This home was perfectly laid out with plenty of space in the four (out of five) bedrooms we occupied.
Great proximity to the beach and downtown, we have nothing but rave reviews for process and property!

Relaxing beach getaway!
This was our first visit to Amelia Island. The property was in a great location, just a few steps from the beach and minutes away from the historic downtown area. We enjoyed all of the amenities including the large kitchen, ping pong table and morning coffee while watching waves roll in. This truly was a 'slice of heaven' and we can't wait to visit again!

We grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and currently reside in Alpharetta, Ga. We have been visiting Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach for 10 years. We have enjoyed all times of year here and have made many friends. We love the history of downtown Fernandina, bike riding on Egans Creek greenway, terrific local restaurants, breweries and shops, playing Pickle Ball in Centre Park, the weekly farmers market and watching the spectacular sunsets from the marina.

We fell in love with this 3 year old, spacious home and the opportunity to live across the street from the beach close to our favorite restaurants. Our home has plenty of space for ping pong and corn hole games. We really enjoy the breeze off of the water from the front deck while enjoying morning coffee and wine in the evening !
