The view was awesome. The pool was awesome and the resort was super clean. Would stay here again for sure. Highly recommend.

our perfect paradise always great experience . Clean and perfect view relaxing and no issues at all. People are great sand waves and nearby places to eat great . Cannot wait to return

My sister and I really enjoyed our week in this condo. It was our first trip to Navarre and we loved it! We had everything we needed and appreciated the location, the cleanliness, and the great balcony and view! We especially loved being close to the national seashore. The drive was simply beautiful and we spent several days on the beaches. The condo is close to restaurants (loved Andy D’s). A short trip across the bridge provides grocery stores, drug stores, ice cream shops, and any conveniences you may need. Thanks for sharing this place. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing view off the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would love to give this a five star rating. Overall very clean there was no sand on the floor upon check in,,, which is rare on beach front resort! Only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because the king size bed makes a lot of noise even with the slightest move,,, was annoying. But honestly if need be I would stay at this exact condo again. I also liked that pleather couches because unlike fabric ones they actually feel clean. Also it’s nice that this unit doesn’t use fragrance on sheets. We loved the Navarre beach location.

After the initial heating issue was solved I would rate as excellent. The host responses to questions were excellent.

very beautiful inside and out and the balcony was huge and spacious. everything was so clean and peaceful truly paradise. The pool was great and the people we met were amazing as well.

Amazing views

Fantastic property right by the beach. A little bit of trouble checking in, but it was resolved and our stay was awesome.

Great unit

Unit was wonderful. Clean, comfortable beds everything we needed in the kitchen. Best pool in Navarre and the beach was spectacular Hope to return!

Incredible

Summer vacation couldn’t have come sooner and this was the perfect location! Everything we needed and the chairs and umbrella was the cherry on the top! This will be our #1 spot from here out. We’ve stayed at several locations here in Navarre none have compared. Absolutely lovely.

Perfect condo for our family of 4

The condo was clean and exactly what we needed to enjoy the beach. The balcony was wonderful with a great view. We enjoyed the beach service. We were very comfortable and able to cook a few meals. The beach was amazing, the location near the pier was perfect. We walked miles along the water, played in the surf, soaked up the sun, did yoga on the beach, found a few amazing shells, and then had a easy comfortable condo to go back to at night so we could do the same thing the next day.

My Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was good. My only complaints were that the bed was hard/uncomfortable and it was a big stain on the bedroom curtains when we arrived.

Beautiful Spring Break Trip

Beautiful view from balcony, we were moved to 8B west due to air condition problems in 5E which we were notified before we check in. 8B had the same layout as 5E. The place had more then enough room, It was very clean, the kitchen was supply with everything we needed to cook and bake. Love having the umbrella & chair service plus the beach towels and ice chest bag. It was decorated beautifully. We would highly recommend this place and come back again.

Great week

Very clean and enjoyed our stay so much. Wish it had chairs that came with the condo we had that with the other places we had stayed in this complex and it made it so nice. The balcony doors are really hard to open and close and made it hard to get in and out. And there were limited pots for cooking, old scratched up pots so I would bring a few next time if we stay here again. But overall great place for the five of us.

Vaca 2023

Had a great time, second time in Navarre, first time staying at Beach Colony resort. The only issue we found was that the remote for the TV in the living room wouldn't work for turning up the volume, so really couldn't hear it and the master bath shower door didn't close all of the way. Other than that, the condo was great☺️
