Beautifully renovated one story home directly on the water. Gorgeous hickory floors. Open layout for entertaining. Dining room table for 10. Brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Master bedroom with ensuite bath and walk out access to 32 x 12 enclosed sunroom facing the water. 2nd bedroom with queen bed. 3rd bedroom with bunk beds and additional twin. Large waterside sunroom with terra cotta floors and wet bar. Porch opens to large outdoor patio for enjoying dinner or cocktails or simply watching the sunset, or enjoy reading a book in the hammock. All rooms have brand new furnishings including flat screen TVs, DVD players in Master Bedroom and living room. Wireless internet throughout. House has attached garage for bike storage, fishing gear, etc. Vacationers will find everything they need in the home, from appliances, cookware and glasses to kayaks, horseshoes and games. Let our home be your vacation home...We have taken care of everything!

Quiet, peaceful getaway!

Beautiful place inside and out! Perfectly appointed with everything of top quality. We took our two dogs and we found ourselves living on the back porch looking over the water. Very convenient to St.Michael's. PS Dock well suited for a boat!

Relaxing and peaceful

Amazing waterfront property. We enjoyed hours on the screened in porch. The kids loved the kayaks and paddle boards! Everything we needed to wrap up our summer!

Gorgeous Eastern Shore Property

Wonderful and comfortable home with beautiful waterfront location. Very near to great restaurants and shops. Everyone loved our stay and we have already booked our return visit. The hosts were terrific and further enhanced the experience.

It’s a lovely property located on the water with a beautiful waterfront. Quiet and peaceful. Close to town and restaurants and fish, markets and farmers markets. Would highly recommend.

Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was absolutely perfect and has everything you could possibly need. The setting is very peaceful and quiet. The sunroom looking out over the bay was the best part of the house. It has such a beautiful view! The owners were very accessible and you could tell that they had put so much thought into every detail of the house.

Great rental!

Rental is in a beautiful setting, well-maintained, well-equipped, clean, very quiet and comfortable. Owner is responsive and easy to work with. We relaxed on the large glass enclosed porch, enjoyed the expansive water view and went exploring with the kayaks provided at the property.

Perfect Quiet Family Getaway

Quiet house and property on the water with many amenities to fill a week where you can reconnect with your family. Dock, crab traps, fishing equipment, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards provided, making a fun, active week. Also, lots of room to spread out and enjoy quiet time. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from Easton and 10 mins from St Michael’s. A hidden gem that is clean and well kept. Thanks for a great week!

Short Family Reunion

My husband and I, along with our son and daughter and married son and daughter in law, met at this charming, spotless home to celebrate a friend's wedding in Royal Oak. The views are wonderful from the house and porch, the sports equipment and gourmet kitchen kept us busy and happy. The experience exceeded our expectations and we recommend this property very highly!

Girls Weekend Reunion

The house and the property are the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway, from the spacious great room to the hammock to the Adirondack chairs under the magnolia tree that are the perfect spot to watch the sunset. My dog was in heaven! It was so nice to hang out on the pier and be able to take a paddle board out. Everything inside was just as lovely, very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect spot for old friends to reunite and so easy to get to St. Michael’s and the ferry to Oxford. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Fantastic waterfront home

We had a wonderful week at this gorgeous house located right on the water. The house was perfect for our extended family holiday. Spacious, great kitchen and the porch provided wonderful place for dining and relaxing with unbeatable water views. Our family enjoyed the water craft - kayaks and paddle boats - and fishing from the dock. Sunsets were gorgeous as were the night sky. Stephanie and David are great hosts - most welcoming and helpful, providing advice on local sights to see, dining and fishing. We look forward to our next stay.

Wonderful stay by the water in Royal Oak, MD

Stephanie has created a lovely cottage on the water near St. Michael, MD. The cottage is spacious and welcoming. Stephanie has thought of every detail possible to make one's stay a wonderful experience. As a person who loves to cook, I thoroughly enjoyed her well stocked kitchen and outside grill. My five year old standard poodle enjoyed playing on the lawn by the water and rides into nearby St. Michael to explore. I have already booked a return visit.

Perfect location!

We stayed in the cottage over Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed every minute of it. In fact, it exceeded my expectations. We wanted a place on the water, close to St. Michael’s, with enough room for the 4 of us adults to relax and a nice kitchen because we love to cook. This place was perfect! The pics don’t do it justice because they make the place look dark. It’s not. The sunroom was so wonderful, we opened up the doors and enjoyed our coffee there every morning, and had dinner out there and on the patio. Spent lots of time outside and even caught a dozen jumbo crabs right off the deck (with string!)! The owners live next door and were very helpful, found us a pot to steam them in. We loved our stay and had a wonderful time, would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home close to everything!

This was our second time at this lovely home. It has beautiful sunset views from your own private dock. You are close to st Michaels waterfront with stores and restaurants and in the other direction you are 15 min away from supermarkets and big box stores. A bit further downtown Easton historic area with more boutiques and amazing restaurants! The home had high quality linens, comfy couches, and open space for entertaining. Beds were very comfy, the house has an overall updated and comfortable vibe. Home owners texted us back when we had questions etc. I highly recommend!

Another wonderful stay!

This is our third time coming here and we have thoroughly enjoyed it each time. The location is great being right on the bay to catch wonderful sunsets, enjoy kayaking and then be just north 10 min away from St Michael’s to enjoy the cute shops and many great restaurants. The hosts are great and always very responsive. We look forward to coming back again next year!

Sitting on the beautiful screened in porch is pure heaven, gorgeous sunsets.

My wife and I stayed for 19 days in September. Perfect time for us. The house is fully equipped. The backyard is large with a magnificent view of the water. The owners Stephanie and Dave are very personable and helpful. The last word is: PERFECT

A little gem!

Simply an amazing place in a fantastic location for those looking to have peace and quiet but also be close to St Michaels or Easton. Picturesque and serene. Definitely a gem of a place! Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Stephanie was communicative and available. We hope to stay again soon.

Great View!

The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated. New floorings and kitchen with everything you would need. All the linens and pillows were fresh, and comfortable, what you'd expect at a hotel. The owners have a number of kayaks, paddle boards, and life jackets for your use. You can launch the kayaks from the backyard, very accessible. The property has a wide waterfront area with grass and mature trees. Overall this property has everything you could want and more from a waterfront rental.

Family getaway

Staying at this property was an absolute joy! We took full advantage of all of the amenities. The views were spectacular. The guys enjoyed hanging out on the dock for hours fishing and trying to catch crabs. My 87 year old mom enjoyed relaxing in the back porch and watching the boats go by on the river. Definitely a vacation I would love to repeat!
