Updated soaking tubs, vanity, King bed in Master,black out curtains & power strips for all your stuff! Updated Samsung tv in every room. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, silverware & pots for your convenience!
I supply oven mitts, dish clothes & dish towels, & rugs! I have a Kuerig & a round coffee maker. I have a crockpot, blender & a toaster.
I supply sheets & towels FOR THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT YOU REPORT.
I also supply bath rugs & bath mats. I start out the season will cleaning supplies under the sink. I supply an iron & 1 blow dryer.
You will need to bring all your necessities & personal items, personal paper products, kitchen spices, dishwashing liquid for dishwasher/ sink/ clothes.
You will need to bring your beach chairs, towels, sunscreen. You also can rent chairs on the beach from Beach Services (843) 602-8004 or view their website. www.beachservicesltd.com

Thanks, the convenience of the back steps is great. The small complex offers privacy for our guest. The beach also offers plenty of room for guests!

This was our first family trip to surfside and at the lighthouse. We enjoyed our trip from start to finish.The location can’t be beat - right on the beach and a beautiful view from the condo balcony.The space was incredibly clean and comfortable! The beds were incredibly comfortable!!We had everything we needed in the condo to enjoy our stay. We highly recommend!!

My husband and I had a relaxing stay for a week. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect to the beach. It has a great deck to sit and have coffee and listen to the ocean in the morning or sit all day long. It is a short walk to many restaurants. Great stay and highly recommend. The host was very attentive to any concerns.

Would not say kitchen and bathroom fully stocked . Very few towels condiments. 3 rd floor tough is your not physical fit . Appreciate the living room amd main bedroom were ocean side!

Kitchen and bath fully stocked with dishware, silverware, pots and pans, knives, blender. wine opener, pizza cutter. Silicon kitchen tools.
I will let my cleaning staff know about the towels (thanks for that)
I make sure everyone knows that this condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so people can decide if they want to stay at Lighthouse!

Stayed for a quick weekend getaway. Everything was perfect and as described. Great oceanfront views. Definitely would stay here again.

Location was perfect! Easy access to the beach was very nice. Cleanliness of the Condo meant everything to us! And Melinda was wonderful with answering our questions with quick responses. It was off season and few people around, which is a plus for us as business owners and needing r and r. Thank you for everything…

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as advertised. Very nicely finished. The owner was very responsive. She managed the property herself, no handing it off to a third party manager. We would rent this property again!
