Great for family

Location and atmosphere were very family friendly. We enjoyed a short trip to Pensacola to watch the Blue Angels.

Our family of 9 enjoyed the stay. We had a 2 y/o up 70 year olds! Beautiful view of the beach!

Annual beach trip

This is the third time we have stayed in this unit. It suits our needs well, as we have young kids, teens, adults, and old people. It has a great view of the Gulf of America, and morning coffee on the balcony is great.

Everything was great except that the AC did not work. It stayed 75-77 degrees all week.

I am so sorry for your inconvenience. I sent the HVAC company to repair it and paid the HVAC company. I assumed all was repaired and working properly.

Spring Break 2025

Loved this rental! Perfect location for whatever we wanted to do. Loved being able to parasail right from the beach by the condo. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped.

Great stay

We had a great week! A little issue with getting our 2nd parking pass but Heather was very helpful and we ended up getting it later that evening. Beautiful condo with a great location! Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful

We very much enjoyed our month stay! The unit was very well equipped and we enjoyed being right on the beach. Great to be close to many restaurants and the Gulf Shores State Park. Heather was extremely easy and friendly to work with. We would recommend this to couples or families!

Annual family beach visit

We have stayed at the San Carlos 3 times, twice in this unit. It has a variety of beds that give us flexibility to arrange sleeping arrangements for each family as kids grow and situations change. The common area is spacious and the furnishings comfortable. The balcony is large and the view is great.

excellent place

We have stayed at San Carlos for some years. This is the first time in this unit. Everything was as described. Communication was excellent with the host which is most important.
