Beary Cozy is a comfortable three bedroom two and a half bath cottage resting in the heart of Wears Valley and only minutes to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Cades Cove, Townsend, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. With a location just off Wears Valley Road, with no steep mountain roads to climb, Beary Cozy is easily accessible any time of the year. Beary Cozy also features beautiful rocking chair views of the tallest mountain in Wears Valley, Cove Mountain.

The main level of Beary Cozy features the largest bedroom and bathroom, the great room (which combines the kitchen, dining room and living room) the downstairs game room, the laundry room, and the half bathroom. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of cabinets for storage. The countertops are granite as well as the kitchen island. The dining table can seat five comfortably and the island does double duty providing two extra seating places. In the living room, the electric fireplace is topped by a large, curved, flat screen streaming TV complete with Roku and a DVD player.

The comfortable sofa is complimented by two over stuffed Huntsman chairs, a coffee table, and two end tables. The antique china hutch is used to house a selection of books, games, and a sizable DVD library. The downstairs game room contains a pool table and a Legends Ultimate arcade game containing hundreds of games such as Asteroids, BurgerTime, Space Invaders, and Star Wars.
The main level bedroom holds a log king size bed, two night stands with lamps, an arm chair, a six drawer dresser with a mirror. The attached master bathroom completes the scene with a whirlpool tub, a toilet, a stand alone shower, a double sink vanity with individual mirrors, and a walk-in closet complete with a parson’s bench.

Upstairs, Beary Cozy has two additional bedrooms, a second full size bathroom, and another game room. The bedroom to the left of the stairs has a king size bed with two nightstands and lamps, a large streaming TV, a large chest of drawers, a good size closet, and a sitting chair with a floor lamp. The bedroom to the right of the stairs features a queen size bed, a streaming TV with a PlayStation 2 video game complete with a selection of games, a dresser & mirror, and a sitting chair. Adjacent to the bedroom on the right is the second game room complete with a foosball table, a Joust video game, and a Pac-Man video game. Each arcade game has a selection of games including; Joust, Mortal Kombat, Mortal Kombat II, Defender, Galaga, Pac-Man, Dig Dug, and Super Pac-Man. The game room also has a bench and two log chairs. The shared bathroom has a tub shower combination, a single vanity, a toilet, and a cathedral ceiling.

Beary Cozy is accented with area rugs over reclaimed hardwood flooring both upstairs and downstairs. The ceiling features hand sanded tongue and groove pine. The beamed ceilings in the kitchen, dining, and living areas add just the right touch of architectural design. The laundry room comes complete with a full size washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board. Wireless high speed Fiber Internet is also offered in addition to unlimited United States long distance calling.

When considering the outdoors, Beary Cozy has a side deck complete with an outdoor hot tub and a couple of rocking chairs. The charcoal grill is located at the front of cabin along with a picnic table. The full length covered front porch comes with four rocking chairs and a porch swing to appreciate the surrounding view. The rental also features plenty of paved parking and a barn garage that can accommodate a couple of motor cycles. The two plus acres that Beary Cozy sits on gives plenty of elbow room and provides a nice yard for outdoor activities. Beary Cozy is the perfect home away from home while vacationing in the Great Smoky Mountains and Pigeon Forge.
