Excellent property. The views of the Bay are as lovely as pictured. The home is in the perfect location for quick walkable access to Mission Beach, Pacific Beach and Belmont Park. This home is very clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. The two car garage had plenty of room for our Tahoe! Will definately stay here again.

We had a great stay. The view was wonderful. The sunrise in the morning and the fireworks at night was amazing. This place had everything you could need to relax and unwind.

Fabulous location, quiet bayside house with easy access to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of beach chairs, cooler, wagon, paddle boards and tons of beach toys for children, pack and play and extra fold up beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The penthouse was comfortable and wellFurnished and had too many amenities tolist. The location was ideal and the outdoor patio and views were particularly great. The host was very punctual in answering any questions we had. I look forward to staying there again next year.

This is a wonderful property. Very clean, well appointed, great location, quick property mgt communication and problem resolution. We had one hiccup with owners in the unit below doing exterior repair, but the prop managers were above and beyond in resolving the problem for us.

For us (boy-girl-girl friends of 60 years) this was beyond a perfect place for our annual get together! The location, the place itself, the host and their communication were all A. You can see from the photos the views and the setting and it won't disappoint you. I am a coffee nut and the coffee set up provided deserves a special shout out! The girls and I constantly said what a perfect setting this was. And a 2 car garage? And being able to walk to the awesome beaches and great restaurants? I could go on and on. I feel very fortunate to have been able to stay here!!!

Great property for a family trip

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Being bay front and so close to the beach was perfect for our family. We were only a steps away from a number of good restaurants and coffee spots which was convenient. We will definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

Our family loved the week stay at this property! The home was a perfect set up for two couples and children with three en suite rooms. Being right on the bay was perfect and next to the street directly to beach access was extremely convenient. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyable weekend on Mission Bay

Very clean place with beautiful upstairs patio that has bay views. Super nice 2 car garage (parking around Mission Bay is horrible). Only downside is there are lots of stairs, we have 3 young Grandkids. We will stay there again!

Thank you so much for this awesome review! We loved hosting you and your family! For future guests considering this unit...there is a set of stairs to enter the unit. Once inside there is one set of stairs from the entry level to the upstairs living space. The top floor is all living space. So once inside you would only need to descend stairs to get to the 3rd bedroom or to leave the property! It has fabulous penthouse views! :)

Great Stay

The apartment was just as advertised. The view was beautiful. It was close to many attractions. The beds were clean and comfy. I loved that there were so many towels available, soap, shampoo, and body wash. There were also lots of quality beach chairs, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Communication with the property manager was excellent.
