Really liked that place! Fantastic views, with wraparound windows in the common area. It overlooks a waterway and the ocean so we spent a fair amount of time watching boats go by.Awesome beach park right next door. Awesome sunsets.Would definitely stay there again and recommend it my friends.

The unit was the best appointed place we’ve stayed at. They had everything we could need- both for the unit and for the beach. Lots of chairs, beach towels, beach toys and other beach supplies. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking easy. The bay window was our favorite for watching dolphins and seals. Excellent location to the beach and other places in San Diego.

The views are spectacular and the penthouse served our group very well. Some may find the noise from the jet craft taking off all day annoying but our little 2 year old found the planes fascinating and provided entertainment all day. We will definitely rent again the next time our group stays in SD.

The location was amazing. The views were overwhelming in a good way. It was easy to communicate with the property management. We will definitely be using this property again.

Great views, Cool location. Great for 8 people or so. Garage is SUPER low & would not fit my truck. Somewhere in the fine print it does list the parking dimensions, so technically I guess that is on me.Same thing with NO A/C. It was SO hot we had to leave often due to the extreme heat & terrible old fans in the property. Again that was in the fine print, so technically on me as well.The main reason I am taking the time to write this is I called in to see if we could possible get access an hour early or so. They couldn't have cared less & read me the 3pm policy. I then asked if it would be worth it for me to call in a few hours before 3pm to see if the cleaning team might be done already & she told me they finish at 2:59 or something to that effect. No attempt to help me.At 3pm I then discovered my truck would not fit in the garage I called and asked if they had any ideas for me and they sent me a map of parking garages in San Diego!ZERO attempt to help me possibly switch spots with someone in a car in the next space over. I ended up w/a 100 parking ticket next. I understand rules & policy. No problem there....but a little empathy and effort to help solve an issue for a polite customer spending a lot on an old property goes a long way and gets a great review. At least trying to help or even pretending to care would have been cool. Customer service is a dying breed these days.I am not saying to not rent this place. Bring a car, go during winter & read fine print.

Perfect spot

This penthouse was perfect for my family. From an 8 year old to a 78 year old, everyone was super happy. The view was spectacular! Would definitely book it again!

Great family vacation

Amazing view. Our toddler loved watching all the airplanes take off, boats, and sea lions. Short walk to beach and park.

Beautiful Vacation Property!

This was a delightful place to relax and enjoy the ocean! Every detail was thoughtful. The staging (towels, treats, and decorations) were charming! Our hosts were easy to reach and very accommodating!

Great time!

Check in was laid our and simple, we had no trouble checking in and the host was so nice and available at any time to assist in anyway. Views were gorgeous, walking distance to the beach, and close to many San Diego attractions. Perfect vacation!

Loved this place!

We loved this place and highly recommend it! The location is great: steps from the beach on one side and steps to the bay on the other. Amazing views of the ocean, mission beach, and dog beach across the channel. Everything was as described in the posting. The owners were fantastic and provided great communication both before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again someday.

Amazing Location! Amazing Hosts!

Just completed a fantastic week at the property. Incredible views - perfect amenities, close to everything, yet secluded from the Memorial Day madness. Views were more than expected, enjoyed watching the ships come in and saw multiple dolphins and Sea Lions/Seals in the channel! Overall fantastic place.

Perfect Beach Front Property

The property is pretty much exactly as pictured in the listing. Had a great time with a group of friends. Location is just steps to the beach.
