This cozy house was everything we wanted and more! Great location; in addition to being close to so many fun things, there is a hiking trail right in front of the house. Check in was simple and had great communication with Tim. He had the house nicely stocked with everything we needed. We loved this place and will definitely be back!

Beautiful place next to creek and hiking trail. Perfect for a medium sized group.

We encourage all of our guests to explore the 3000 square miles of undeveloped National Forest right outside the door! The Creekside trail is my favorite coffee walk in the morning, and we're glad you enjoyed it too!

A quiet getaway

Tim's accommodations were exactly what we were looking for: quiet, well kept, and right on the mountain trails. I would not hesitate to rebook again in the future.

Breck Mountain retreat

It was nice to stay here and spend time with my family. We would spend the day hiking or exploring and then at night would relax and watch tv (or play with the foosball table).

Great place!

Property was well stocked and just the right distance from the slopes and town. There was plenty of room and Tim was timely in answering any questions or concerns we had.

Creekside was perfect!!

We got the pleasure to stay at Creekside and it was perfect for two couples during our stay in Breckenridge. However it can sleep addtional people it was perfect us. We would stay here again!!

Thanks for your review - Creekside works great for large families or even a couple of families with children, and while our max number of guests is 8-10, there is extra capacity for that surprise guest. We're glad you enjoyed your stay!

We had a small problem and Tim went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The home and location are fantastic. We would stay here again!

Great Cabin!

My family enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The property owner was super easy to work with and fast on getting us in the place as a last minute booking. We loved having the woods right out the door so we could take hikes and we even saw a mama and baby moose! The town of Breckenridge is really close and everything was easy to get to. Really enjoyed both the cabin and our stay.

Annual Ski trip!

The place was great! Lots of room for us to spread out as well as the amenities! The vibe was very ski friendly: relaxing and chill. We used just about everything you had to offer (TVs, made meals, played foosball!). The location to the slopes made it even more of a bonus. We truly had an amazing time and will DEFINITELY book next years ski trip there! Cheers!

Loved our weekend!

Great location, close to downtown and slopes! House is very nice, very clean! Difficult to find in the dark as there is no street number on the street. Would definitely stay here again, wish we had longer!

Nice stay

The property is in a nice location to get around Breck, the owners are very responsive. The front porch is a great place to hangout. The unit is in good condition, might be time for some updates in some areas, but all in all a nice unit.

Beautiful home in the mountains

Tim was so easy to work with and communicated quickly. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. There is a beautiful trail right next to the house that we loved We would definitely stay again when we get back to Breckenridge!

Golf Destination Trip

This Breckenridge property was incredible. House had everything that we needed for 6 guys, and plenty of space and amenities. Relaxing creek running through the front yard was an incredible touch and Tim couldn’t have been easier to deal with for check in check out. And had zero issues while we were there. Highly recommmendd

Classic Comfort in the Mountains

This home exceeded our expectations. There are 3 distinct sleeping areas for privacy which include access to private bathrooms. There is also a loft area with access to the king bedroom’s bathroom. Everything was SO comfortable; beds, couches, chairs. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The owner was immediately responsive and check in and out were flawless. We look forward to returning.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved Breakenridge and really enjoyed staying close to town, but not "in" town. The house was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Tim was so easy to work with, and we just enjoyed having the creek and forest right outside the front door! The house was more than ample space for a family of four, and was equipped with everything you would need. Great experience!

Breck Snowboard Trip

This cabin is in an awesome private neighborhood and backs up to a national forest. It was only a short 5 minute drive to the Breckenridge Gondola parking lot. The layout with one bedroom and one bathroom on each floor gave us all our own space. The property manager was super responsive to any questions that we had and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
