Four bedroom house located on 30 acres, close to fishing access and ATV/snowmobile trails. Open floor plan with views from living room & kitchen. Propane heat keeps the house warm in cold temperatures. Towels and sheets provided along with basic cooking utensils, pots & pans etc. Enjoy campfires and the expansive views from the wraparound deck. Four bedrooms (two bedrooms with queen beds and two bedrooms with two twin beds in each room-8 person sleeping capacity if 2 people share a queen bed). Owner lives locally and is available if needed during stay.

Great house, beautiful location, just what we were looking for.

Mike was great, always called me right back, didn’t bother us and everything was ready to go. We wanted to mop the basement floor but couldn’t find a mop. We had a banner week fishing. My buddies son got leave from the Navy and was able to come. He hasn’t been up for 18 years.We definitely would like to rent the house again for next year’s fishing trip. Thanks Mike

Perfect!

We were looking for a last min away from people. This place is perfect. Easy drive from all directions and close to a lot of outdoor activities. We wanted lakes. I brought a fully loaded 22' bass boat and had plenty of room to move it around near the house, had an outlet to plug in, and the driveway was just fine to not scrape the motor. Fortunately the owner checked the weather and got us an ac unit. It was very hot out during the day and the ac unit he went out and bought saved our vacation. Town is close enough with all the amenities you would need. This location is absolutely perfect for Salmon fishing. The river is close and local neighborhood/towns revolve around fishing, hunting, and ATV trails. The owners are outdoorsman and the house is set up perfect for it. Very responsive, very accommodating, and most of all... they leave you alone so you can relax. Some owners do not. These owners were perfect for us. If we had ATVs we would come back just for the trails. We walked some but there are miles of ATV trails. Next time I will bring a fly rod and time it a little better for fly fishing the river that's very close. Big lake charters are close for Ontario and Bass/Walleye charters are available and close for Oneida Lake. Small lake fishing is close with the Salmon Reservoir. As for the actual house, just like the pictures. New and well maintained. The rooms were nice, the beds were great, the shower was hot, the kitchen works great, and the open floor plan kept us all together. There are two more bedrooms downstairs with a walkout to the spot you plug your boat in. Absolutely perfect!

home away from home

very quiet, and just far enough, away from busy town traffic. Place was very clean, and quiet that I could stay here and not leave for our stay. Deer and Turkeys seen from porch, enjoyed watching wildlife and quiet walks in the woods
