Minutes away from world class fishing on the Salmon River, Direct trail access to hundreds of miles of Snowmobile/ATV trails on TUG HILL. Ten minutes from the Salmon River Reservoir and boating and kayaking opportunities, Hunting, Hiking and Biking available at many nearby state forest
Two queen size beds, two full size beds, and two twin beds accommodate sleeping for 8 comfortably. Free
200 MB Wi-Fi, & 42-inch HD Cable/Roku TV
Air Conditioning. All new appliances with glass top stove and microwave. coffee maker and toaster. All utensils provided. 2 bathrooms with 2 showers. Weber gas grill and Fire pit, large driveway that will accommodate several trucks and trailers.

My group of 8 loved the cozy cabin. Spent the mornings fishing on Lake Ontario, the afternoons napping followed by a home cooked meal and the nights next to the fire. The cozy cabin had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing getaway with extended family and friends. We hope to return next year!

The house was exactly as advertised. Perfect for our 3 generation family trip. We brought an ATV because we read there were trails. We were able to use some public trails but next time would be prepared to request to join the private trails for only 30 with registration and insurance proof. We loved the Salmon river falls and enjoyed the big back yard for campfires. It really is a cozy cabin!! Hopefully we can make this an annual vacation.

This was the fifth time we (5 of us) used the house. The proximity to the water is great. The accommodations are very good and Brian is very easy to deal with and accommodating.

We have owned the property since 2007, but just built the cabin in 2014. The main reason for purchasing this particular lot was because of the snowmobile trail (C5E) going through the property. The fact that it is an ATV trail in the summer months was an added bonus. It has always been a dream of mine (Brian) to have a cabin right on the trail system, and to finally realize that dream is quite a blessing. God is good!

Andrea and I have three children 26, 29 and 31. We are looking forward to spending time with friends and family at the cabin for many years to come.
It is our desire to provide a cozy get away for you to spend time with your family away from the hustle and bustle of the day-to-day rat race.
