Amazing location one block from Forsyth Park
One off street parking spot can be used behind the house if you have a compact vehicle and extra free public parking on the street.
This apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home and requires use of stairs. There is no elevator so this is unsuitable for anyone who cannot walk up stairs
Guests please note: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. This property is a historic (Circa 1909) building which has been painstakingly renovated over the past couple of years. It is finally ready for guests to enjoy. The space is uniquely beautiful and the natural light, decor and finishes are sure to be an amazing backdrop for your vacation photos.
