Amazing location one block from Forsyth Park
One off street parking spot can be used behind the house if you have a compact vehicle and extra free public parking on the street.
This apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home and requires use of stairs. There is no elevator so this is unsuitable for anyone who cannot walk up stairs
Guests please note: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. The closeness to Forsyth Park was amazing! We enjoyed walking every day and getting down to the riverfront and taking in the sights. The beds were very comfortable and the living room had plenty of seating for our group of eight. Three bathrooms with showers was a definite plus.

This house is beautiful and in a wonderful location! We had 7 people total, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The 3 full bathrooms made showers a breeze as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect girls trip
This is the perfect spot for a girls getaway. We loved the location and the whimsical decor. Walkable to everything and very clean.

Absolutely loved the decor. The house was clean and exactly as described; check in was seamless. Shampoo and conditioner were provided as well.

Ladies Getaway
