Enhanced Housekeeping re: COVID-19: The health and safety of our owners, guests and staff is of utmost importance to us. We are taking extra precautions and steps to ensure that all professional housekeeping and interior property sanitation needs are not only being met, but exceeded, to ensure a hygienic environment. Specific enhanced steps taken include more commercial antibacterial cleaning products, staff wearing facial protection and gloves when in the homes, more frequent deep cleans, and continuation of our professional hospitality grade linen laundering services.

Situated just West of the famous Fountain at Forsyth Park, Huntingdon Getaway is the ideal vacation home for a large family looking for a local experience.

Park off-street in the designated parking areas and walk into the Savannah home of your dreams. The first level boasts high ceilings and ample natural light. Guests will enjoy kicking back and relaxing in the living room while their favorite show plays on the flat screen TV. An adjoining dining room comfortably seats eight and connects to an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Upstairs, three bedrooms with two full baths accommodate an additional six guests. The first bedroom has a Queen size bed with en suite bath, and the second and third bedrooms have King and Queen size beds, respectively.

Head East towards Savannah's largest green space, Forsyth Park, and grab a bite at a few local favorites. On Saturdays, the Forsyth Farmer's Market gives guests a taste of the local agriculture. Head North along Bull Street for a promenade through the squares. Most of Savannah's main attractions such as Broughton Street, City Market, and the riverfront are just a short 15 minute walk away.

What is parking like for this home?
Huntingdon Getaway includes two private parking spaces off-street: one in the driveway and another in the attached garage. Additional vehicles should have no trouble finding a non-metered spot near the home.

We loved this place. It was very clean and comfortable. It was a little off the beaten path, but still walkable or a short Lyft/Uber ride to the historic district, yummy restaurants and the river. We will be back!

Good location

We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed plus a good location so close to Forsyth Park. The only thing I wish is that the master bedroom would have curtains and not just mini blinds because of street lights. However it was a very good stay.

Excellent house for a visit to Savannah

The house is well kept and ideally located for walking to all the spots you want to visit. Forsyth park is a short walk and is great to walk morning or afternoon.l

Great Place!

The home was great and accommodated our group. Lucky Savannah team were very responsive and made themselves available when I had questions. The location was with in walking distance of Forsyth Park an easy drive to downtown and an easy drive to Hilton Head and Tybee Island. Would stay again!

Great Stay

I booked this home for a sister trip. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. Is was a very comfortable stay and all of my sisters loved the home. The location was also perfect. It’s close to River front, downtown and bus system. I would definitely book this home again. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Family summer trip

We did a 2 day stop over on our way home to south Fl we all loved the place lso beautiful clean love that it had two parking places one in garage definitely planning a girls trip back was worried at first being so close to MLK boulevard but really was not an issue we walked everywhere even at night

Excellent location and beautiful townhouse

The townhouse is exactly like the pictures. Very beautiful and very functional, had everything we needed. Great location in the Historic section of Savannah. Everything was very clean, which is so important to us. We were able to walk to City Market, Foley Park, and other locations. Excellent and easy touch free check in and out.

Thanksgiving Vacation

The property was as described & we had a comfortable stay. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed to warm & prepare our take out Thanksgiving meal that we picked up the day prior. The garage and parking pad behind it is a great benefit to this home.

Thanksgiving break

Very nice and comfortable house with everything you need. We ordered thanksgiving dinner from Whole Foods and we had a wonderful dinner for 8 around the dining table. Beds were also very comfortable and so close to the park where we would walk to every day. It was perfect for our family and our stay.

Seeking Savannah Secrets

The townhome on Huntingdon is very nice and the perfect location to walk to Forsythe Park plus a few restaurants. The kitchen has plenty of cooking pots, pans, and utensils. It is well stocked to cook anything you buy to eat in. We would definitely stay again when we visit Savannah again.

Just what we needed!!

We enjoyed the location as well. It was steps to the park. We also loved the option of garage parking to keep the car safe and off the street. We would stay again as a family here. Lucky Savannah was super easy to work with. We arrived early and they had a nice cool location to store our luggage till we could check in to our rental. I would rent from them again as well.

Not a problem for us, just unfriendly. Also no one else to be allowed into the house. Just a bit difficult. We had other family staying in the area but did not feel free to have them stop by. House was clean & in a perfect location for us.
