Just two and a half hours from New York City. 14 miles to Hunter and Windham Ski Resorts. 18 miles to Belleayre ski Resort, 28 miles to Plattekill ski resort. This house is in just the right location. Close to all yet located on a quiet country road away from other houses. With property that borders state land, you can relax next to a scenic stream just 50 feet from the property. This modern three bedroom ranch has all the amenities.

Kitchen featuring granite counter tops, island, three draw refrigerator with wine cooler, microwave, dish washer, farmhouse sink with cutting board. Hugh deck that wraps around three side of the house, deck furniture, gas grill, wood fire pit, propane fire pit table on the deck, propane fire pit on the patio. Game room with a pool table, foose ball, air hockey, electric fireplace, and a flat screen smart TV. Whirlpool Corner Bathtub Luxury 2 Person Hydromassage Water Jets Soaking Massage SPA, outdoor hot tub with 88 jets, 2 pumps, waterfall. Beautiful, relaxing getaway in the Catskill mountains! The hot tub and jetted tub melted away the stresses, while the reclining couch cradled us into many naps. Enjoyed grilled steaks on the deck while taking in the breathtaking views. Would definitely return!

This was a great weekend escape! The house was very clean and exactly as shown in the listing, with just a few cosmetic flaws. The hot tub was hot upon arrival, Rick was responsive when I couldn't figure out how to turn on the indoor fireplace. (the button is flat on the screen!) Loved the game room and exceptionally random selection of VHS and DVDs to watch. All the necessary kitchenware and very nice coffee maker provided (no tea bags/coffee - just a few kurig pods so BYO!) The only weird thing was we kept finding random lady bugs in the house? But over all a great cozy retreat!

This property was amazing! It was perfect for our family group. The kitchen is spacious and updated, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the game room downstairs was a huge hit! The house was clean and obviously well cared for. The adults enjoyed the hot tub, and the kids loved the games and the outdoor pond with lots of frogs. Rick is a great host, and very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again! Thank you Rick!

Had a great time with the family, definitely peaceful. Rick was very good at responding to us, even brought us baking pans that we asked about on Sunday when we arrived. Brought them on Monday! It was a great week!

Perfect base for ski weekend

The house was clean and cozy and a perfect base camp for a weekend of skiing at belleayre. It’s about 20 min from the mountain and had a cozy couch to relax and watch a movie on after a day on the slopes with kids.

Fun Catskills Visit

Nice property with plenty of amenities to host us and our two grandsons. Comfortable beds. Pool table and air hockey table in the basement were very popular. Pretty well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was nice but most of the jets weren’t working. Quiet setting but close to Prattsville and Hunter. We had a nice stay.

It was a pleasure hosting Mike and his family. I hope to hear from him again for another rental. I wish he had called me about the hot tub. All the jets work. They can be individually turned off by turning the jet. The previous guests had turned some off.

Rick was super nice and easy to get in contact with. Everything went super smooth! The house is great and was clean when we arrived and the kitchen is full of cooking equipment.

Great Location for Ski Trip

An amazing place to stay for a ski trip. The house is close to both Windham and Hunter Mtn (about 15-20 min to either). Rick was super responsive and the house had everything to make our stay comfortable!

Great Holiday Getaway

This home was perfect for our family weekend trip. It was clean, had plenty of room for us, and was conveniently-located close to Hunter Mountain and local restaurants. Rick was easy to get in touch with and was very responsive. The family especially enjoyed sitting in the hot tub as the snow fell.

Perfect stay

We stay at this property every year. It’s in a perfect private location and has a hot tub. We brought our dog so the enclosed deck was perfect. Hunter only 15 minutes away and hiking and west kill brewery not too far down the road. The house is spacious and clean we will be back next year!

Perfect Getaway

Super fun, kids loved the game area

Kids (6, 8, 15) loved the game room, hot tub was great, and it was clean and well kept. We did have trouble figuring out the door but thats about it. Owner is very good with communication. Totally recommend it!

Fantabulous!

Was perfect for kids of all ages. Well kept, clean, organized. Gorgeous property. Owner, Rick, was available throughout our stay for any questions, and knowledgeable about the area. Our stay was nothing short of amazing with a perfect place to stay for our family! We highly recommend and will definitely be back!
