This was the perfect place for our weekend, it’s very conveniently located and the space was clean and accurately listed. It was a bit hard to find the driveway in the dark but the host was very helpful!

Our stay at this cottage was great! We were very impressed with the cleanliness and accommodations. The house rules were all very clearly explained and very reasonable. Everything in the house and on the property was exactly as described in the listing. Having three separate bedrooms was exactly what we needed and all were set up very comfortably for the occupants. Would definitely try to rent this cottage again if planning a trip to the area in the future.

Everything was clean, the host was friendly. We appreciated the welcoming attitude towards dogs - that's a big factor when we choose a vacation rental. The property is not as secluded as one expects from the photos, but the fire pit and walk to the creek are further away from the road.

Paul was very nice, he even came by on the second day to introduce himself. I did have to clean out the freezer and fridge ( leftover food ) , but overall nice. Great location to relax after a long day.

The property was just as presented. The area was lovely, quiet and beautiful. 3 bedrooms gave each of us our own little space. Very comfy ...a nice eating area and kitchen and great little patio to listen to a great variety of birds, the quiet and relax with a coffee. We thought it wonderful!Our host Paul was very friendly and helpful.

The house was well kept and perfect for our little weekend getaway. The host was very responsive and helpful over email. My husband and I are thinking of coming out in the summer for a weekend and staying here again.

The house was in a quiet location at the foothills of a mountain. (Stand on the deck and listen to the wake-up call of a nearby creek. Not to mention, the brilliant stars at night!!) It had everything you needed for a relaxing getaway. Only 3 miles from a quaint, little town where you can be more social, if you want; restaurants, grocery stores, shops and a big park.The host was kind and respectful of those seeking solitude.

This was a great place to stay for a quick weekend snowboarding trip to Hunter. The host was great, very friendly and easy to work with. Strong WiFi/internet cable which was great for news and weather updates about the huge winter storm. Good privacy and a nice back porch. Will book this place again for any future trips to the area! Highly recommended!

Excellent stay in the cottage. Despite it being some of the coldest weather in a decade the place stayed nice and warm. Set in a beautiful location by the creek it made for a nice retreat from the extra cold mountain at Bellayre. 10/10 would come back for another visit. Thanks for everything Paul!!

The cottage was great! Warm, quaint and cozy! Kitchen had everything we could need and Paul was great with communication. Even gave us a late checkout! Perfect distance to Hunter mountain too. Would return.

A lovely little cottage, just as described. Was perfect for a weekend trip for a friend’s wedding in the area. Particularly loved seeing the full guest journals with past lodgers writing memories of stays there back to 2005!Good communication from Paul, and easy check-in and out.
