Experience authentic Santa Fe in this one bedroom (1000 square foot) casita located in the historic Guadalupe district. It is optimally situated next to the Railyard District, the burgeoning new hub of the city, and not far from the Plaza. Whether you would like to take the Railrunner to Albuquerque to view Balloon Fiesta, the scenic train to Lamy, ski, mountain bike go to the opera, shop in the open air market, visit the art galleries, dine in traditional New Mexican fashion, or much more; you are not far away.

Enjoy living in a traditional adobe with vigas, latillas, nichos, and a spacious portal to bring the outdoors in. It has a large bathroom featuring Mexican tile, a large spa tub, and shower. It is decorated in typical Santa Fe style allowing a relaxing, introspective stay with two outdoor courtyards and four skylights. You won’t miss out on the modern conveniences with a 40 inch LED HDTV, blueRay player, NetFlix, Amazon Prime, Sling (ESPN, CNN, HGTV, etc.), AppleTV, high speed internet, iPod speaker system throughout, iPod docking alarm clock, covered parking, washer/dryer, and a luxurious queen size bed and sleeper sofa.

Guide book for guests available in casita and online. Owner/manager available for recommendations of local activities, and will stock casita, for arrival with groceries, for additional fee.

Base price includes 7% Santa Fe Lodging Tax and 3% finance fee.

This casita is exceptional. Barb is wonderful. If late check in make sure your cell has a flashlight as lockbox is a bit hard to see the code numbers. Also, you need a car if staying here as most of the downtown stuff just a tad too long a walk. Assuming you will be going into town several times. These are in no way complaints, just advice for future visitors. We would rebook here in a heartbeat.

It was all and more than advertised. The property was immaculate, organized and so well cared for. Morning coffee outside in the cool temps was a favorite.I’m planning a trip to stay there again next year.

Beautiful and spacious casita with two very nice patios. A little hard to find at first, but worth it. Surprisingly quiet for such a popular neighborhood. Helpful, friendly and professional hosts. Highly recommended.

This is one of the nicest vrbos we have stayed at in our travels. So nice, in fact, we did very little sightseeing and preferred our little getaway! The decor is lovely and themed for the area. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

What a great little spot. It was close to the railyard area and walkable to town (a little over a mile). Very well stocked kitchen and bath and the courtyard was delightful. Couldn't have asked for more!

Barbara, the owner was unbelievable, with every little detail. She communicated very well about getting to the location, checking in, things to do, plus the property had everything one would need. The place was in a great location, and we walked and cycled everywhere. Thank you Barbara.

Reasonable place/reasonable rate

The property is atmospheric, and the owners seem quite responsive. Covered parking is a definite plus.I had been concerned about possible traffic noise from nearby St. Francis Road/285. And, indeed, there is some.My major complaint is that there are no comfortable chairs. Likewise, I didn't find the bed overly comfortable.

Pleasant casita near Railyard

Very clean, well-stocked. Nice morning sunshine. Comfortable bed. The gate lock box was a bit of a challenge to open. Communication with host was timely and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!W

This place seemed too nice to be a Vrbo. It was more like staying at someone’s real home. Everything was private and quiet, and it was well stocked with supplies. It’s exactly like the pictures. No question that we’ll stay here again if we return to New Mexico.

Lovely, beautifully equipped house

My wife and I loved the Casita! It was extremely clean. It had all the kitchen amenities we would need, including oil and spices. The bed was incredibly comfortable, as were the sheets and towels. The closet and large changing room were a nice plus. Communication with the owner was great. We loved the location. It was near a major road but we were not at all aware of it. And we were within easy walking distance of the heart of the city, including the Railyard district, the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, and the plaza of galleries, shops, and restaurants. We had a great stay and would gladly come back if are in Santa Fe again.

Very Nice casita

Very nice casita, cozy and nicely decorated. Easy parking, easy check in, quiet neighborhood, can walk to the Santa Fe square in about 15 minutes. Host was also very responsive and helpful.

Great spot for Santa Fe visit

My husband and I really enjoyed our three nights at Casita de Soledad. There was plenty of space, comfortable bedding, a big bathroom and closet, and it was super quiet. It's an easy drive to the Plaza, Canyon Road, and our favorite shops and restaurants. Barbara made everything easy with her friendly, proactive communications. We definitely recommend!
