Gordon's Isle View offers TWO properties side by side each having it's own private yard. You are currently viewing our three bedroom-1.5 bath, ISLE VIEW HOUSE. To view our 2 Bedroom CABIN(sleeps 6-8) search property #810620.

Enjoy both the gorgeous Door County sunrise and sunset all at one location - Gordon’s Isle View. Situated on Riley’s Point, less than 10 miles south of Sturgeon Bay – our private waterfront properties will give you the slow pace environment that you have been craving along with the convenience of the unique shopping and activities that the Door Peninsula has to offer.

Old world charm mixed with modern day convenience adds to the enjoyment of your stay. Both our ISLE VIEW HOUSE(this property) and CABIN(#810620) offer an open concept living area with ample entertaining space. Hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, large bay windows, and family antiques decorate our homes.

Both our ISLE VIEW HOUSE & CABIN(#810620) are located on our families waterfront property. Our Isle View HOUSE is a spacious 3 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath, with a newly remodeled open living/dining/kitchen area. The HOUSE is equipped with modern appliances and has a completely furnished kitchen as well as TV/DVD and A/C. Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided.

Although our properties are adjoined, they each offer a large private yard furnished with lawn furniture, Weber charcoal grill, grilling utensils and a fire pit. Parking for boats can be easily accommodated.

Local amenities include: Sunset on Riley's Point-dining, boat launching, kayak and paddle board rentals. Sunset on Riley's Point is within walking distance and they will deliver kayak's or paddle boards right to your yard if you choose to rent one from them.. Wave Pointe-boat rentals, boat launching. Carmody Park-boat launching, just around the corner), Quick Mart-fuel, groceries, bait, Potawatomi State Park offers canoe and kayak rentals (5 minutes), Haines Park (sand beach- 2 miles).

$200 refundable deposit. Will be refunded in full providing all house rules are followed and the departure checklist is complete.

Additional guest rates may apply if not abiding by house rules of no more than 8 guests.

Guests may check in by 4:00 p.m. and must check out by 11:00 a.m.

Your desired dates will be reserved once you have agreed to our Rental Agreement and your first payment is made. 21 days/3 weeks prior to your stay your remaining balance will be due. You will receive an automated payment request at this time.

Girls weekend/ birthday trip!

We enjoyed this house so much! It was very clean and the views were AMAZING! When we texted the host a question she responded very quickly! The house was very spacious for the 7 of us! Would recommend!

Another nice visit

Last year we stayed at the cabin. This year we thought we booked the cabin but, silly us, discovered it was the house en route. The house was wonderful! And the cabin is too! Enjoyed the larger bedrooms, living space and 1 1/2 bathrooms, but my child missed the cabin’s loft bedroom. My child did like the piano though! Both the house and the cabin are so relaxing, on the water with fire pits, plenty of outdoor seating and privacy between the two. Communication has been great!

Long weekend getaway with the kids

My husband and I fell in love with in door county earlier this year when we celebrated our first anniversary and we wanted the kids to experience it as well. We wanted to do a fun trip with the kids (11, 12, and 14 yo) before our baby comes and the hustle and bustle of the holidays.

Good and not as good as we hoped

First the not so good: we sorted based on WiFi availability and it turned out that the house has never had it. Data on the point is literally hit or miss, so we struggled. When booking you can't really tell how far you are from the rest of Door County so driving back and forth became tedious. The good was the lovely home and view. The view was actually amazing and the point is a great area for an afternoon walk. We saw eagles, pelicans, kingfishers,and egrets from the fire pit. very relaxing.

Right on the lake!

This is a nice home right on the lake. Beautiful views from the backyard with chairs and picnic bench around a firepit that makes for beautiful sunset viewing. Very tranquil with pelicans spot with pelicans on the lake. Nicely organized home, lots of clean towels, lots of kitchen utensils, pots, dishes etc. Some things to be aware of - this place is far from most things. Need to plan if you are bringing groceries or going out to eat in the evening. One more thing that didn't go well was that the house had a musty smell when we checked in. We left windows open several hours of each day to air the place out, but it only helped a little. Other than these two things, we enjoyed our stay and trip to door county! etc.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay overall. House had a nice layout for 4 people. Everything was clean. It had a slight musty smell even with the windows open. Was unable to sit outside due to the gnats. I was surprised that the property didn’t have any WiFi. The water view was very pretty.

Amazing get away

Amazing sunsets and locations. Very clean, and filled with all needed items. Would recommend 100%! The only thing that I wished the house had was a washer and dryer.

Great vacation in Sturgeon Bay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy house right on the water. There was plenty of storage in all the rooms, lots of counter space in the kitchen. We loved the layout with the ‘great room’ looking out over the lake.

Great place for a group of friends!

Clean and close to Sturgeon Bay. Plenty of priva y and very roomy. And course, a spectacular view of the lake! Many of laughs were had by all!

Our stay was amazing in every way. We wanted a place we could get away from reality for a few days and just relax. This place nailed it! The location is great, the house was great. Everything was very well kept and maintained. Watching the sunset on the water was one of our favorite things. We will definitely be coming back to get some R&R again!

Great Location by the Water

Myself and a group of friends stayed for a long weekend and had a great time! The house was clean and cozy. My only complaints would be that the beds were super hard so everyone had a tough time sleeping and there was a strong mildew smell. The location is amazing though and having a campfire by the water is a great experience. There are neighbors very close by that got a little rowdy at night but I doubt it's like that very often. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Awesome view

We had a relaxing stay at the house. Bed was very comfortable. Would be an antiquers “heaven”. Many pieces I remember from my grandparents. Only downside was tv and phone signals. If weather would have allowed, I would have loved to sit outside and enjoy the sound of the wave. Would recommend the home to others.

Our parents purchased this property in 1970. This was an ideal location to raise a family. Were were so fortunate to have the Green Bay waters and all it has to offer, right in our front yard. Swimming all summer long, endless hours of fishing throughout the year, snowmobiling and ice skating kept us entertained in the winter. We spent many days hiking and biking the many state parks. Now, years later, we all have families of our own and love to come back and see our kids enjoying the same things we grew to love. We are filled with joy knowing that we can open our home up to your family allowing you to experience so many of the same things we love about Riley's Point in Door County. Over the years there have been many updates and remodels, but one thing remains the same, the beauty of the view right in our front yard.
