We loved our stay! The view was gorgeous, the cabin was charming and it fit our needs perfectly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Another great stay at the cabin. Fall colors were perfect, Cool temps for campfires. The location to the state park, Sturgeon Bay and other door attractions makes it a great place to settle in after a busy day.

At least our third stay here. We love the cabin for being on the water and in the middle of Door Peninsula, which makes it convenient to get around. Nice spot for couples looking to get away.

Everything we come to Door County for: quiet, out of the way, beautiful water view...and oh! The stars! Clean, cozy, and plenty of room for 6 adults. Jane was attentive and answered all messages promptly Already planning our next trip.

This is a beautiful place for a cabin. Clean and lovely decorations inside. Perfect size for the two of us. The host had someone come over the same day we called about a plugged-up sink. The view was amazing. I only wished it was colder so we could use the fireplace inside. But the fire pit outside was wonderful—nothing like watching the sun set on the lake. Would highly recommend this cabin.

Cabin was clean. YeaH. only thought is that maybe mentioning that the loft is accessed by a straight up ladder would be helpful. otherwise property was as advertised. Outside seating and firepit were so nice.

Cabin was as described. Very warm and comfortable. There was everything we needed at the cabin. One of our many highlights was morning coffee in the screen porch watching the water and listening to the waves. Bonfires with the same background another highlight. We had the grandkids and they had a great time also. We enjoyed it so much we came home and booked another stay just for us.

This was a very nice cabin and it was prefect sitting right on the lake. It was in a good location, far enough away from traffic, but still close enough that no where we wanted to go was more than a 45 minute drive. Most things were 20 minutes away and it was only 10 minutes away from a state park. I have already recommended this place to 2 people.

Very quaint with tremendous evening views of the sunset. Single window AC unit was adequate. Bath was very small but had plenty ofTowels. Overall a very nice experience

The home was clean but old needed updated Bathroom door got stuck need knob couch sofa bed broken drain bad in kitchen no hair dryer Loft was to steep to climb ladder home only slept 4 not 8..It really needed Updating! Run down

Hi Fran, I am so shocked at your review. Every time we talked during your stay you mentioned how wonderful it was. Yes, our cabin is just as shown in the pictures. The loft ladder is shown in a picture, built into the wall. When I book the cabin for 8 guests I personally reach out to the guest before confirming the booking to let them know that the fourth bed is up the built in ladder to the loft. We do not recommend the loft for very young or old. Teens and adults love the loft area. When you called about the sofa sleeper I sent someone out. Turns out it was not broken. The additional 4 inch memory foam that I added to the Verlo mattress made it too thick to close easily. They took care of that right away. The bathroom door latch catches and I had previously contacted a carpenter to replace this as well as the slow draining sink. Thank you for staying with us. The view and access to the water was the focal point! We did have to clean the grill, as the last guest left a piece of meat in it, but overall, everyone enjoyed it there!!

Me and my father enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It is right on the lake, and offers fantastic views of Lake Michigan. The neighborhood is very quiet as well, and that's just what we were looking for to unwind for a couple of days. Has a barbecue grill, picnic table and firepit as well.

Beautiful peaceful location close enough to go anywhere in Door County, but also away from the cramped tourist areas. We loved watching the sunset over a fire.Cabin had a slight musty smell upon arrival. Checkout instructions on VRBO vs the binder in the cabin were conflicting. The binder said to not strip beds while information on VRBO said to strip the beds. Taking the trash to the neighboring house felt a little odd, especially not knowing if other guests were there or not. Shower is small but despite having 5 people there, most showering back to back, we never ran out of hot water!
