Thank you for the 5-star review and for choosing to stay at the villa Courtyard 5. Part of a gated community with the other 9 villas, the villas are all independent and private with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a private pool. They come nicely furnished and fully equipped with a full kitchen, a/c in every room, cable tv, internet and laundry amenities. Ideal for families and friends, with a nice location across the street from the Langosta beach and a mile from the town of Tamarindo. Free parking spaces included.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! The fully equipped villa is right across the street from the beach. The beach has great tide pools for swimming and snorkeling. A great place to enjoy some much needed family time. We hop to host you again in the future.

Excellent Villa!

We are a family of four from the United States who enjoyed our stay immensely. The villa is perfectly located, beautifully decorated, and absolutely comfortable. The pool was refreshing, and we loved seeing the howler moneys and beautiful birds in the trees. Two of us are birders, and they saw over 30 new species during their stay, most from just walking around the neighborhood or sitting on the patio. We highly recommend this villa!

Great location

Close to playa langosta and also to walk to town for restaurants. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Close to a small grocery store too. We had spectacular weather and would rent here again.

Great property!

Great property within walking distance to amazing restaurants. The pool gets sun all day with lots of shade areas around it. Located in a quieter area so that was nice. Also a small supermarket is steps away. We loved our stay here!

Family get together

Property was as listed very good for a group with private bathrooms to each bedroom. Close to everything like beach, restaurants and shops no need for a car. Enjoyed our stay with monkeys!!

Tamarindo is Terrific

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tamariindo is a great choice for the Pacific Coast. A balance between not too touristy and ample services. Langosta Beach is just outside the stir of Tamarindo but yet walkable distance to the market, shops, dining ..... and surf shops! Courtyard #5 through Tropical Vacations is where you want to be. VERY nicely appointed, clean as a whistle, private, a sweet pool and patio, beach next door ... thanks Lola at RPM Services for making it all so easy. We had a wonderful wonderful holiday!!!

Thank you so much for such a great review, I agree that Playa Langosta is the ideal spot to enjoy th Pacific coast of this amazing country. It is removed from the business but still close enough to allow you enjoy all the restaurants and amenities in town all while surrounded by amazing nature! The beach in Langosta is spectacular and there is so much wildlife in the estuary that it is a must! We hope to host you again soon to keep showing you the amazing things our contry has to offer!

Beautiful Villa!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa in Langosta. The villa is fully stocked and has everything you need to pretend you live in Costa Rica for a while. :) We walked across the road to the beach to watch the sunset almost every night. We also enjoyed the courtyard in the back of the villa every morning. The bed was so comfortable that my husband wanted to buy the same one back home. I also want to mention that Lola and Josef at the rental agency were incredibly helpful. We needed to change our reservation dates, and they were able to accommodate this change. We are very grateful for their help!

Thank you for the great review. The Courtyard villas are part of a gated community located in Playa Langosta, one mile from the center of Tamarindo. Playa Langosta is more of a residential neighborhood of Tamarindo, perfect to relax and enjoying nice walks around the block or on this wild beach, which is right across the street from the complex. In villa 5 you have 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Nicely furnished, it also comes fully equipped for 6 guests. A private pool is included at this nice property, besides laundry amenities, a BBQ, a full kitchen, a/c in every space of the house, and cable tv internet. Ideal for fmailies and friends.

Langosta Courtyard Villa

Great private house in Langosta

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had great space and the pool is such a bonus. The kids loved playing in it during our down time. The rooms are nice and there is plenty of space. The only challenge was the AC on the second floor could not keep up during the day. The bottom and third floors were perfectly chilled. The location is great if you want to be a little outside of the chaos. You can walk right across the street to Langosta beach, but it is the Ricky part. It’s still pretty and the kids enjoyed exploring the rocks. If you stay here, I would get a car to get places. I definitely recommend this place.

Great property and a fun time

We were really happy with the property. It's very spacious, and we enjoyed the private pool in the backyard. It was also logistically really easy to get around by foot or a ride share app. We had a few minor house issues that arose (broken toaster, for example) and the property management company remedied quickly.

RPM are excellent property managers!

Our first time in Costa Rica, and we all loved it. Friendly people, gorgeous beaches and lots of adventure. Josef at RPM was wonderful and set up the best excursions and surfing lessons for our group. Communication was fantastic. I would definitely seek out a RPM managed property in future, it's lovely to have the built-in assistance to plan your trip. Thanks again!

Amazing Stay!

The property is perfectly located to the fun town of Tamarindo, not too far, and just around the corner to avoid the traffic congestion due to the busy New Year's Eve celebrations. The condo was spotless upon our arrival, the air conditioning worked fabulously throughout the house and the pool was a perfect cooling off station for coming back from a hot day of excursions or day at the beach. The staff was extremely helpful and always responded in a timely manner. When we arrived the first night very late, we were struggling with the gate code but the night time security gentleman was helpful and welcoming after he checked our credentials. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone, we had an awesome week! FYI-let the staff book your excursions! The one they booked for us (an all day water slide, zip lining, horseback ride, spa experience was the BEST we had!) They book the best companies and the van will pick you up right at the condo.
